We will give Westshore Home of W.S. a three star rating only because the finished tub-to-shower conversion is nice. But, the whole Westshore Home experience was anything but nice. The 1-day install turned into a 5-day ordeal during the Christmas Holiday because the Sales agent left out some important project information. Therefore, the install team arrived with a wrong "floor pan" for the shower. When the problem was discovered, our old tub/shower had already been removed. During the subsequent call to the Sales Manager (Jeremy)... he attempted to pressure us into accepting the floor pan that was sent. He came up with several reasons why we should accept the "wrong" floor pan, all of which were total "BS"!!! We felt that if we paid over $27,000 for a shower project...then we should get what we ordered. During a subsequent phone conversation with the Sales Mgr. (Jeremy)... He actually said "Well,...if you'd taken the 1st floor pan, the installation would have been done in a day"........ Really??? So we should have paid over $27,000 and had something installed that we did NOT order??? That comment REALLY hit a bad note with both of us!!!! 5 days later, they came with the correct floor pan and finished the installation. The new shower looks nice. You have to wait 24hrs after the install before using the shower (Not mentioned until after the installation is complete). After completion, we noticed the sliding glass door to be used for entrance to the shower had no handle... There was only a small button to hook your finger into and attempt to pull the door open. We asked about this and was told by Jacob (Installation Mgr.) that this was just the way the door was designed and nothing could be done about it. It seemed we were the only ones to ever say anything about it...........ok If you choose WS Home .... I would look elsewhere for better designed sliding glass doors. Upon 1st use of the shower, we discovered that the Hot and Cold water controls were backwards.... They did send someone approximately a week later to fix it... so now everything is ok. During the whole installation mess, the two install crews and the guy who fixed the Hot/Cold issue were great. The installation (including the Hot/Cold issue) was completed on1/6/26 after being started on 12/24/25. It has been over a week since completion and we've had absolutely NO communication from Westshore Home to see if we were satisfied...or... offer us a little compensation for what we went through...or... If we even liked what we bought. It's as if once they get your money.... They don't give a crap anymore!!! Bottom line..... While the shower is nice... The Westshore Home company is very expensive .... and impersonal. I would suggest looking at other companies and options before deciding who will do your bath remodel. H.A. I called WSH for a quote for replacing/repairing my front entry door . Dude comes by, looks into what I want and needs done. After the long spill about WSH, materials used, workmanship, manufacture's warranties the long awaited quote of $26k was introduced! If I decided before a certain date, and with certain discounts; he could get down to about $18k. One discount would be for having a yard sign placed. He even called and seemingly got his manager in on the process. Felt just like being act a car dealership. Agent even mentioned he and his wife had work on their home door; said it cost over 30k!! Do not use!! My latest and probably last quote found is under $7k! WSH wasted my time and theirs! read more

EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY expensive. Only a few design options, not real tile, and flooring would be installed over my current floor. Definitely an expensive band-aid type remodel for your bathroom. read more

We did not do business with them. We do not make a purchase decision for $20K+ at the end of a several hours of a sells presentation. We need a week or more to think about that size of purchas, plus compare their offer to several other companies. read more

Westshore homes did an $$$ bathroom remodel for us about 5 years ago. They had to replace a leaking gasket twice. We had to pay for service call today for the second gasket that they installed that leaked. DO NOT believe all the hype on TV, radio, etc. read more

Had tub converted to walk in shower. Looked very nice for few months until caulking started to mold. They recaulked twice over last year, but was told we had a 120$ service fee not covered after a year on their "LIFETIME" warranty. So unless you caulk yourself for 10$ and void warranty, expect to pay these crooks 120$ every six months or so to do it. read more

I had front and back doors with storm doors replaced. The doors are good quality and installation went well. The only thing that I would change...... is that less than 2 weeks later, I tried to make a change in my order and was turned down bc the doors were already in. I used Westshore Homes to replace 5 windows in my home & will not be using them again. The team that showed up for initial visit did a terribly sloppy job & left after 8 hours with still more work to be done. The lead guy was incredibly rude when I mentioned my concerns to him before they left. I didn't receive a follow-up call, so I called them two days later & then sent numerous photos of the sloppy work to the representative, who did not apologize. I requested that no one from that team come to my house again, only to have the same rude guy show up at my house to replace a sash that they damaged during the initial installation. I would've much rather have spent that incredible amount of money somewhere else. read more

After being very pleased with their replacement of our bathtub to a shower a few years ago, we hired West Shore again to replace all of our windows. We are definitely 5-star please. James, Stephen, and Michael were all friendly and efficient. They completed the task in one day and were both professional, explaining everything carefully, and fun to have around for the day. We spoke with an agent the claimed to have been with west shore homes for over three years. But couldn't seem to give us a quote without calling several other people for information. Then when he quoted us the price it clearly stated on the document "Zero money down zero interest for 24 months ". Then he makes a few more calls and suddenly he needs a check for $1800+ that night. I asked what about the zero down? He said "Oh you have to QUALIFY for that". Excuse me!!! You went over the the cost and everything else is details several times but not once was the a disclaimer stating you had to qualify for what was advertised. When I questioned the representative asking if this was a bait and switch scam he got pissed off and stormed out. The office called the next day and stated we qualify for zero down. After being transferred to a sales manager he confirmed yet again that we qualify. Went I asked about how soon it could be done he changed his tune and said " oh wait I looked at the paper wrong you will have to pay upfront and you will have to make monthly payments with interest and it has to be paid in full in 12 months ". WHAT? NO ZERO DOWN!NO ZERO INTEREST! AND NO 24 MONTHS!! This screams scam! They will NEVER work on my house I wouldn't trust them anymore that a politician in Washington! read more

Definitely NOT worth the money!! Sales person told us exactly what we were getting and what to expect. When shower was completed it was NOT what was sold to us. There was a little over 4.5 inches of shower wall missing. When I called and questioned this I was told over and over that the showers are "standard" and don't come in the measurements we were given. I felt like: we paid for a certain amount of shower and got less shower so the price needed to be adjusted. Plus the salesperson told us that West Shore Homes does not use caulk, not true!! The caulk used was white and bleeding onto our custom wood wall looking horrible! I was told the caulk will dry clear in 7-14 days!! So I'm still waiting for that to happen and if it doesn't then I'll expect it to be made right, will do another review if needed. The quality expected just did not meet our expectation. After about 2.5 hours on the phone with different management/salesperson they did take a little off the price but not much! As for the installers that did the work they did a professional job! It's just the product itself is not worth the money paid!! Then the customer service provided once we had an issue with what we purchased was poor. read more

The person that came to my home was quite friendly and I appreciated his time. However, his mission was to make sure he got the sales pitch out there. I knew about the company and really didn't need my time taken up by a sales pitch. Had I not known what they had to offer, I would not have called them to start with. Having said that, the estimate is laughable and I certainly wouldn't call it an estimate. In the end, I got a bottom line figure with NO IDEA what I was really paying for. There is a short paragraph that listed about the same info in the sales pitch. I asked for an itemized estimate so I could make adjustments if needed. I had two projects but would only give one combined estimate. I now have two more estimates from 'contractors' both $10K less for the 2 projects and they use tile and stone flooring! I could actually have my second shower replaced too ,3rd project, AND STILL save money. read more
