We consistently had issues with deadlines. The last straw was when we were change $228.00 for 50 business cards. Our standard rate was $68.00, they charged is a rush fee of $69.00 plus additional charges. I was shocked by the overcharge and thought they would correct it to my satisfaction, they did take off some but it left my card cost at $170.00. Which is ridiculous by any standard. We looking for a new printer.
