My wife, daughter and I needed hot water so I began calling plumbers first thing Monday morning. Herdman Plumbing had great reviews and were local so I called them. They had a crew at the house within a few hours and were able to remove the old heater and replace it before I even got home from work. My wife said the crew was personable and friendly and they explained everything they did. Not only did they swap out the heater but they also brought it up to code. I like that the heater they installed was not a cheap bottom of the line model but a solid commercial type that is much better quality than what we had. When I inspected the work I couldn't tell they had been there except for the new heater. The area was spotless clean and no packing material or debris was left behind.
