I recently moved to Houston and will be traveling for work, so I had to find somewhere/someone to take care of my furbabies. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of people what they do, but I decided to go with kiki and fetch for two main reasons: 1. They have some of the most competitive prices in town, and 2. I like that my pups can stay at home and not go to a kennel, since they are very particular. I set up an interview online and Cory got back to me within the hour to set up a time to meet and greet me and my pups. Both Cory and Ryan came to my place and my dogs instantly fell in love with them (which is not necessarily an easy thing for them sometimes). I showed them the ropes, got them the keys, and that's about it. Some people may be nervous about having "Strangers" in your home while you're not there. Cory and Ryan were super professional, they even brought my paper in for me, and the place was just as I left it. I felt very comfortable opening my home to them and they definitely treated it as if it was their own. Also, if they didn't, my dog probably would have bitten them, so there's that... ;) I just finished my first appointment with them when I was out of town for 4 days. Cory and Ryan texted pictures and updates of the pups while I was gone, which was so great because of course my dogs are the cutest and I missed them like crazy! I came home and the dogs were super happy - none of the anxiety they usually have when I pick them up at the kennel. They were clearly loved and cared for as if I had been home the whole time! Also, I'd like to say that the booking process is super easy - it's all done online and you can specify exactly what you want. It sends reminders to you and you can always review the appointments you've made so you can make sure you're covered when you're out of town. Again - can't say enough how pleased I am with the care from kiki and fetch!!!
