5 Golden STARS for kiki & fetch! I am so blessed that Cory and Ryan literally walked into mine and Bella's life. I had to travel for work last month and was in a real bind with none one to turn to in helping me with Bella while I was out of town. As I was thinking of what to do, Cory and Ryan walked up and said hi and introduced themselves as the Dynamic Duo of Dog Walkers/Sitters! And that they are believe me! I am very impressed with them and their business. They have it down to a science where no pup goes without! They keep a detailed log of all visits and activities. Bella was attended to daily with multiple check ins, walks and potties. I was always so thrilled and excited to see her pics and videos that Cory and Ryan would post. OK, so I never, and I mean never, as in this is my first one, write Yelp reviews. But Ryan and Cory at kiki and fetch deserve a glowing one. I recently moved to Houston and will be traveling for work, so I had to find somewhere/someone to take care of my furbabies. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of people what they do, but I decided to go with kiki and fetch for two main reasons: 1. They have some of the most competitive prices in town, and 2. I like that my pups can stay at home and not go to a kennel, since they are very particular. I set up an interview online and Cory got back to me within the hour to set up a time to meet and greet me and my pups. Both Cory and Ryan came to my place and my dogs instantly fell in love with them (which is not necessarily an easy thing for them sometimes). I showed them the ropes, got them the keys, and that's about it. Some people may be nervous about having "Strangers" in your home while you're not there. Cory and Ryan were super professional, they even brought my paper in for me, and the place was just as I left it. I felt very comfortable opening my home to them and they definitely treated it as if it was their own. Also, if they didn't, my dog probably would have bitten them, so there's that... ;) I just finished my first appointment with them when I was out of town for 4 days. Cory and Ryan texted pictures and updates of the pups while I was gone, which was so great because of course my dogs are the cutest and I missed them like crazy! I came home and the dogs were super happy - none of the anxiety they usually have when I pick them up at the kennel. They were clearly loved and cared for as if I had been home the whole time! Also, I'd like to say that the booking process is super easy - it's all done online and you can specify exactly what you want. It sends reminders to you and you can always review the appointments you've made so you can make sure you're covered when you're out of town. My husband and I are EXTREMELY happy with Jordanna, for our dog Cody. Cody is a Belgian Malinois, and doesn't like everyone he meets, but he liked Jordanna immediately. Also, she seemed to understand that he takes a while to really warm up, and was very patient with him. We were very impressed with the level of detail in which Cory and Jordanna went over Cody's routine, likes and dislikes, and overall care. We actually transitioned to Jordanna from a different dog walker, and so we were very concerned with the change of caregivers. Jordanna and Cory made that transition as smooth as possible. I really like that they leaves notes about the day's walk, so we know how the day was when we get home. Shopping for a dog walker or pet care giver is extremely difficult. I had interviewed SO many different people & companies for my two pups. -do they serve my area? Can they work with my hours? Do they have availability? How many people will be given access to my house in your company? What happens during an emergency? How much does it cost? Do they have the physical capacity to hold onto the dogs? Etc etc- So many things I learned about home pet services at the start of this journey that I had no idea about. Looking back, I wish I had found Cory & Ryan from Kiki & Fetch from the start; could have saved me 2 months of searching! When we met Cory & Ryan from Kiki & Fetch, we cancelled all other meet ups right after. They were it. We loved their energy & thorough thought process around their business and the care they would be giving. They use an electronic payment system so no cash or money needs to exchange hands, which I really like. I schedule everything I need online & they are extremely flexible and accommodating to our constantly changing schedule. They will even take your pup places or pick them up if you need them to! They are even CPR certified for your pets in case of emergencies. Cory & Ryan are fun people and their passion for what they do shines through in their high quality service they offer their clients. I will be using Kiki & Fetch for a very long time, and highly recommend their services to all of my friends & family looking for someone to assist in the care of their pets. kiki & fetch has been the best thing that could have happened to our family! Both my husband and I work very long hours during the week, so we knew when we adopted a puppy, we'd need someone to come by for midday walks. We interviewed several companies and felt most comfortable with Cory - he has been SO reliable, always on time, and Blue (our dog) LOVES him. He gets walked every day around lunchtime so I don't have to worry at all while I'm working. In addition, Cory went above and beyond when our house was broken into one morning. He discovered the mess (broken glass, etc) and called the police immediately. He ensured Blue was safe and kept him out of the way while the police were investigating. When I found myself in a tight spot as a new foster mom for an abandoned puppy, Cory and Ryan came to the rescue. They came to my home on a Saturday to meet the puppy. I knew immediately they were the right fit for the job. Their love for animals is clear. And their hearts are big---they used their social media pages to spread the word that my rescue pup was searching for his forever family and even contacted the rescue group (Friends for Life) to see what Kiki & Fetch could do to help. With Cory's help, the puppy had regular potty breaks, walks, play time, and extra socialization on his road to adoption. I have used many dog walkers in the past, but the folks at Kiki & Fetch are the best. After relocating to Houston, I found kiki & fetch to help look after my two cats while traveling for work. I was very impressed with the first "meet and greet" visit and their goal to not disrupt their normal routine as much as possible. Hilary is AMAZING and sends me updates and pictures while I'm away. She even helped clean up after my fridge defrosted after a power outage, way above and beyond! Scheduling appointments is super easy on the website. The kitties are always happy when I return home! We use Kiki & Fetch whenever we go out town and they take care of our two Frenchies as if they were their own. Kiki and Fetch is a wonderful pet service. Cory & Ryan and their team are honest, trustworthy and dependable. I have peace of mind when we travel knowing our critters are being cared for by such animal loving professionals. We enjoy the occasional pictures of the cats texted to us while we are away. Kiki and Fetch goes out of their way to accommodate our cats' feeding schedule. In addition to the cat care, Kiki and Fetch also take care of our fish in the aquarium and koi pond. We know all our critters are in good hands while we are gone. Every house visit is documented in a journal for us to read when we get home. Cory and Ryan really love animals and it shows! They take wonderful care of my two dogs, one of which is not very trusting of most people. Cory and Ryan go out of their way to build a strong relationship with not only yourself, but with your animals.
