Nikki's fave: Bourbon Barrel Chambourcin -- the star of her whole life that day 2019 Chambourcin Oaked Aged 36 months in new American oak... listen... this wine came in sweet on the nose, fruity on the tongue, and creamy on the finish. Light, playful, and honestly kinda flirty. Perfect with stuffing or honestly anything because she was drinking it like it was juice . My fave: 2018 Petit Manseng -- MY GIRL!! Light, dry, citrusy, pear-y, pineapple-y and giving "I'm that wine" energy. Complex but still smooth... basically the Beyoncé of the tasting. The tasting room provided a 360 view of the property through large glass windows. We passed the time playing cards and games located on site.
