It really is sweet to step into this space and see all the old family photos that were enlarged. You're entering into a very special place. DeLorenzos is BELOVED. I've been to other locations. But this one had a very special lasagna and I wanted to try it . ( the new menu doesn't include it now ... so we shall try something new !) All the staff welcome us so warmly . I really liked their dapper work outfits, black and white, and with a bowtie! The camaraderie between the staff members was super delightful. There are oodles of them ! ANGIE was our server. She really took care of us . We got spaghetti Bolognese, beet salad, a side of meatballs and two iced teas. Everything was very flavorful and we enjoyed our food and drink.

We ordered (2) pizzas and they took a bit to come our since they had a rush as we got there but it wasn't too long. Their pizza is typical Trenton style, thin crispy crust, cheese on the bottom with dollops of sauce on top. I've lived in PA since I was 7 but prior we lived near Washington's Crossing on the NJ side an most of our family is from Hamilton. Every time I get a chance to have some Trenton Tomato pie it brings back memories grabbing some with my grandparents off of Klockner Road. I definitely put this location towards the top of my list but PaPa's is still #1.

What impressed me most was how honest and customer-focused Nicole was during the planning. The day before the event, she reviewed my food order and actually told me I had ordered too much because she knew how much their trays would feed. She helped me reduce the order rather than trying to sell me more. That's something you don't see very often, and her recommendation was exactly right--we had plenty of food. And the food was excellent. Great pizza, chicken parm, pasta, and some awesome pierogis that were a great recommendation. And surprisingly, the broccoli may have been the best I've ever had. The servers the night of our event were wonderful--very attentive, friendly, and always available. The staff made everything easy and flexible, which was especially appreciated for a meaningful family gathering. The price was also extremely reasonable for hosting a 30-person event. Cosmos is clearly a great neighborhood spot for lunch, dinner, or drinks, but don't overlook them if you're looking for a place to host a private or family event. Reasonable pricing, honest planning, great food, and genuinely great people. Thank you to Liz, Nicole, and the entire Cosmos team for helping make a very special evening such a success.

Happy hour 2.75 domestic pints is solid.... If you can get server. The pierogies are very good (didnt get picture). Fried pickles also very good and not traditional chips, they were more long slivers. Drunken cheesesteak was ok (vodka sauce and mozzarella). Ended with funnel cake strips. They were ok, feel like they needed a vanilla or chocolate sauce to dip.
