What is the best wedding you have ever been to? Take that, and multiply that by 100x. My wedding day went beyond anything I could have imagined. It was fun, stress-free, everyone was happy, and the food was beyond amazing. The word I use to describe my wedding day is phenomenal. Several guests told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was the best wedding I've ever been to and it was my own wedding! Julie and her team were a major part of making it a great day for myself and my guests. (1) Julie is the best. She is a chef and pit master, and an even better human being. She is very professional, and I feel like we are friends. She by far is my favorite vendor I worked with for my wedding, and she thought of things I never thought of, and the things I did think of, she already had plans for before I could even think of them. She is very detail oriented. Beyond what I even expected of any wedding vendor. She thinks of everything and makes sure everything is exactly in its place. She did my food, linens, decorating, set up and break down, she already knew a great and reasonable bartender, and a rental company for my chairs and other key rentals that looked amazing. She also handled many other little things, and she handled everything seamlessly. She is super thorough, keeps notes of every conversation you ever have, and in the rare instance she does have a question for you, she makes sure to ask you immediately instead of assuming. (2) This is the best wedding food your or any of your guests will ever have. We had many guests going up for seconds and thirds. Our guests commented that they were very excited when they went up to get their food and smelled the BBQ smoke from the ribs, brisket, and chicken. They were IN LOVE once they tasted it. We had guests toasting each other with the rib bones at their tables. My mouth is watering thinking about the food still. And can we talk about these desserts? I had three kinds of pie: apple, s'mores, and sweet potato. They were all all-stars. And I had a croquembouche that guests went wild for. They couldn't stop talking about the cream puffs from the croquembouche. Also, every wedding I have ever been to there has been an enormous amount of cake left over, and almost no one wants to take it home. What was left of the pie and cream puffs, almost every single to-go box was taken home by guests. (3) Julie is an all-star but also a major team player. She and her team work so well with all the other vendors. It doesn't matter if she has known the vendor for years, or met them that day, she keeps everyone organized and is so nice too. All my other vendors could not stop raving about how great it was to work with Julie and her team. My sister's boyfriend manages restaurants, and he was very, very impressed with all of Julie's staff. Several of my vendors collected her contact information because they loved her so much and want to work with her again. (4) Speaking of Julie's team, you will not find a better team to work at your wedding. They are the kindest, hardest working individuals. They are so friendly, and nice, and very good at their jobs. They are amazing with guests, and the way they act, serve, and carry themselves, they really prove they are invested in your wedding day and your guests' enjoyment. Having people who are just happy to be there and treat your guests like VIPs really sets a great mood over the whole event. (5) You know how everyone tells you that you will not eat at your wedding? Think again. You will eat. Julie's team makes sure your food is delivered to you immediately so you have time to enjoy the meal before all the craziness of the reception begins. I've been dreaming about the food since the tasting. I was very full. I had seconds on mac and cheese even. (6) Details. Details. Details. Julie, her family, and her team are incredible. One detail that my groom and I didn't overlook: in February when we saw Julie and her husband, we saw her husband wearing an Eagles hat, and we told him we'd like him to wear the hat to our wedding. We had no idea if he'd remember or not, and it would have been fine if he hadn't remembered. When we saw him on the wedding day, he was wearing the Eagles hat!! Sen and I both noticed, and really appreciated it. On top of the all the other details and logistics of the day, the one that meant the most was one for my mom. My mom adopted two kittens last year, and my family and I had a running joke that the kittens were attending the wedding. I photoshopped a picture of her cats wearing a top hat and a tiara and put it in a frame. I told Julie about it and asked her to place it at my mom's table. When my mom arrived, Julie made sure the person who seated my mom sat her right in front of that photo! We recently had the pleasure of attending our nieces wedding in Warminster that was catered by 2 little piggies. They were awesome! The food delicious, the service superb. They cook everything on site so it's fresh and tasty. Yet, they are so quiet and efficient that you don't even know they are cooking. It was so nice to attend a wedding where the food did not taste like the rubber chicken so often served at wedding venues. They had delicious BBQ chicken, filet mignon wrapped in bacon and fresh vegetables. The staff was friendly and attentive. They are a family-owned business with all hands on deck. The nephew even stood by with hand fans to shoo the flies away. Now that's service! Highly recommend them. read more

Julie and her staff made our wedding wonderful. They were all over every aspect of the event. First of all, the food is out of this world, the brisket and chicken were so moist and the roasted vegetables are a must! We didn't want casual bbq for our wedding, so they really classed it up for us. The food was so good that even a thirteen year old at the wedding kept talking about it-that really says something! Also, they set up and staffed a special champagne toasting area at the ceremony site separate from the rest of the event like it was no problem! They were happy to accommodate all of our requests. And really important, they were just really happy people! They set such a great tone for a celebration. I can't recommend them highly enough. Julie was the best. She went above and beyond the role of a caterer to make our wedding a major success, and we could not have done it without her. We shopped no less than 8 other BBQ caterers in the Philadelphia area and Julie was a true breath of fresh air. She was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for at the right cost. The food was amazing and we continue to get positive feedback from our guests over a month later. Julie was so amazing she even got compliments from our other vendors. Most importantly, she made sure we ate and got our leftovers at the end of the wedding. We threw several curveballs at her within 30 days of our wedding date and she was able to accommodate those items with apparent ease. She branched outside of the role of a caterer and provided some wedding planning services like our tent, and some decorations. She was the MVP vendor of our wedding! read more

Julie had us do a tasting at her home. She said 'I want to serve my customers at the same table that I serve my family dinner.' Immediately, I was like: 'Where do I sign?' Then, she started bringing us the food. Oh. My. God. The brisket is to die for. You will NEVER eat a better tasting thing in your life. The cornbread salad-shut up. I didn't even know something like that existed. We hired 2 little piggys for a wedding and their setup, attention to detail, service, and food were top notch, A plus, exceptional. We used 2 Little Piggys BBQ and Catering for our wedding reception. Julie's food is amazing, and our guests agreed. We were blown away at the tasting, and the quality was just as delicious at the reception. Our menu was whole hog, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, green beans, BBQ beans (these are out of this world), potatoes and mac-and-cheese. We also had a gluten-free vegan option (quinoa stuffed tomatoes), that our guests with dietary restrictions were very happy with. Julie also did our cocktail hour--meat, cheese and veggies--dessert--cupcakes and a cutting cake (she custom-made a flavor for us when we couldn't decide what we wanted)--table settings, coffee and flowers. She completely got what we were going for in terms of style. We also had jars of her BBQ sauce, and she put the names/table numbers on them for us. She also worked seamlessly with our venue, and there were no gaps in the service. (We were at a country club, but they were able to coordinate whose staff did what, down to the country club poured the champagne and Julie's staff put it on the table). The presentation of the pig was one of the most memorable parts of the day. Julie also radiates joy and warmth, so we had fun at the tasting and planning session. read more
