I have bought several pieces from Robert, but this time he attempted to sell me a gold chain with a pendant for 70 a gram for the gold, ended up settling on 50 a gram "just for me" and making statements like "don't forget my tip." He sold me 10k, and never mentioned this until it was mailed to me. The workmanship done custom on my piece was shotty at best, but this is the worst of it. Robert will tell you he is selling you VS quality, and actually be giving you i1-i3 low quality worthless diamonds. He's a crook who sells crappy jewelry and lies about quality. Everyone needs to know how he runs his business and what kind of guy he is. Shameful and lacking any integrity, just trying to make a buck.

I have a good amount of gold (over 2 lbs) and if that's the customer service they're offering, I'd be reticent to call again. I'm glad I called first since it's about a 45 minute drive from my house.
