Reached out to Damian directly on multiple occasions. I had to take my car back three times to get the color PPF redone. It still wasn't done correctly and he wanted me to take it back for an additional time which I declined. In short, I had to get it completely redone by a reputable company I lost $4200 from Damian and I asked nicely to get the money back and he refused to do so. I even offered a payment plan and he still refused. I got in touch with the owner of the facility which Damian rents a space for to facilitate. Nothing has happened and I gave him grace of about four months. At this point, I have no choice, but to move further and take him to small claims court for the damages and cost of new vinyl wrap. I have had a few vehicles wrapped over the past couple of years and after a few years i wasn't very happy with the durability and wear (Bubbles) and so after i got a new truck i wanted to try someone else different. First of all, I want to say that I normally do not write reviews unless the service is just really bad or really outstanding. In this case, it is really outstanding! I went to Damian to get some work done on my 2018 Audi S4. Initially, I got some vinly wrapping done on: - Door Trims - Roof - Spoiler The spoiler wrap was perfect! The Roof wrap had some vinyl hanging when I opened the moon roof and the door trims was showing some chrome still. My initial rating of the work is: - Door Trims = 5/10 - Roof = 8/10 - Spoiler = 10/10 Damian told me to bring my car back 2 weeks later so he can make sure all the vinyl is still on. I decided to bring the car back and get my wheels powdered coat (a service that isn't mentioned here on Yelp). It took longer than expected for the powder coating but I rather it take longer and get a good job done then rush it. In the end, Damian was able to get my wheels coated perfectly and also fixed all of my concerns with the wrapping. My new rating is: - Door Trims = 9/10 - Roof = 10/10 - Spoiler = 10/10 - Wheels = 10/10 I will definitely being going back to Daiman for some future mods! This place is GREAT! A+++ i ended up doing a facelift on my Black 2007 Lexus IS250 (2nd Gen to 3rd Gen style Front Bumper, New LED Headlights, and a Carbon Fiber Vented Hood). I was just going to paint match the new bumper, but decided overall for a complete color change. I came across Westcoast Vinyls. Damian was very professional and very informative. We talked back for almost a month, and i finally decided to pull the trigger. I had 4 colors in mind. Nardo Grey, 3M Gloss Wicked, 3M Atomic Teal, and Avery Dennison Gloss Dark Yellow. Damien suggested Avery Dennison Gloss Rock Grey and i liked it and ran with it. I brought my car in had a walk around inspection talked on what to do on what areas of the car. Leaving my Roof original paint (i liked the black roof look) Leaving the Seibon Carbon Fiber hood alone. Chrome delete on my window trim and grills. I even asked for a special request if i made a stencil they could emboss my gas cap door for me. Went into his shop office wrote down everything that was gonna be wrapped and paying the initial first payment for Gloss Rock Grey. The following night i changed my mind the Grey and asked Damian if he hasn't made the purchase yet for the material if i can change it to the Gloss Dark Yellow. Luckily he didn't and we were good to go on the Yellow. It took about 4 days for my car to be done. There was some complications due to the fact when my Brother in law owned the car he got it repainted, and Damien and Abraham had a hard time to apply the material. Constant updates were being texted to me by them and they powered through it, and made it worked. I was that customer that wanted to make sure what i was looking for when i went to pick up my car. I did some research to what to look for Adhesion lines. any rough cuts. I was basically a snob and fully investigating little details trying to find any defect of any kind on the work they did. To my surprise they proved me wrong. Everything was pristine. Even with the bad repainted surfaces. 2 weeks later they had me bring my car back in to inspect any lifting or stretch back on the material making sure everything was good. Had the honor of meeting Vanessa as well! If you are a car enthusiast like me, and love cars.... Oh baby.. I loved my car already, but this made me fall in love with it all over again. It looked brand spanking new again. It actually looked like a paint job to be honest. West Coast Vinyls recently did a vinyl wrap conversion on my BMW i3. The car was white with black trim and I changed it to a nice Avery gloss red orange. I called Damien and explain what I wanted and we sent pictures back-and-forth. I drove to his shop and he looked over the car and I left a deposit.
