Stage Five Wraps is hands down the best place to learn how to wrap. I just finished their five-day class and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. What makes it even better is that the training is one-on-one -- it's just you and the instructor, so you get full attention and way more hands-on experience than you would in a big group class. Another huge bonus is you actually learn by wrapping your own car, not just some practice panels. Being able to work on my real car made the training way more serious and rewarding. Esteban was an incredible teacher -- patient, detailed, and really good at explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand and apply. Jordan and the rest of the team were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to jump in with advice or help whenever I needed it. The environment is professional but positive -- you're pushed to work hard and learn the right way, without any stress or pressure. NOT here to bash the company. Some people obviously had good experiences. I was unfortunately not one of them. I'm just sharing MY experience. Went in to get my skybox wrapped for an indoor car show for the following day. Thought I was lucky to get squeezed in due to a cancelation in their schedule. So I zelled the deposit the day before to hold my spot and I came 30 min early to both appointments.Guys also seemed super welcoming / friendly. I was told after the job was done that there wasn't enough material to properly install the wrap and to come back. It looked decent when he gave me back the keys but during the same day it weirdly started bubbling up where it should've laid flat from overstretching within the corners? I honestly have no clue why it reacted this way? But was glad he said I could come back so that he could fix it and why they cover it with warranty. Took his word for it so I still gave the full amount owed in cash the same day. I didn't want to be a Karen and complain since he already insisted on fixing it. I kindly kept updating them through Instagram and got quick responses even at 12am for the rescheduling during the week since I worked graveyard during that time. Came back to my second appointment 9am a couple days later to get it redone but was told the wrap was still not sent to the building yet - while I was waiting there for my second appointment. Was then told I could leave my car or wait till 12-1pm but they were still unsure as to what time it would actually get there. Understandable...since shipping is always through a third party. So, I was initially willing to wait there till that time because I did not have another vehicle nor did I have extra funds to waste on an uber to take me back and forth to my house 30 min away during the week in traffic. I just wanted it fixed. Was then offered a discount for a full car wrap due to the inconvenience for my following visit since I was interested in getting my entire car done before all of this happened. But I chose not to... Fortunately I got my refund through Zelle after his assistant called the guy who initially did my wrap after some time being there. Which I appreciate. Cause I was initially told I'd have to wait a couple days for the refund. I just wish there was a better outcome. I had high hopes for this place because of the good reviews, the awards on the walls and it was only 30 min away. I also saw the Porsche and the Tesla truck that they were working on and it seemed legit. I just have bad luck I guess. I would have loved to get a full car wrap but things didn't end up in my favor and prob won't trust using wrap for my car in the future. I'm still unsure on how to properly remove this wrap? Especially without leaving some kind of residue for the next person to redo it for me. I feel like I'd make it worse somehow if I did it myself. Which is why I insisted on going to a shop in the first place. It's just another added expense I really didn't want or need since I do take my car to shows and don't have extra days to take off to keep fixing the same issues. The one star is honestly for the inconvenience of it all and still having to deal with it to this day. Luckily I can remove the entire box from the roof of my car and leave it at home for when I need to take it to shows. So I do have a solution for the time being. But again, that's just another added inconvenience I really didn't need since it holds a lot of items I use for the intended shows. The weight and size alone is just a hassle since it's a two person job to take on and off. Again, not here to bash them. They were willing to redo it. Just didn't work out in my favor cause there wasn't enough gloss black wrap and gave me the same amount of money back through Zelle. This was solely based on inconvenience of how everything went down. I didn't have the extra days to keep taking off of work to keep returning for it to get fixed. This is in response to the owner's reply. Nowhere did I claim that the work on the PPF was poor. There was peeling, but I said it was small and corrected. The bulk of the PPF was completely fine. Yes, we did not notice the emblem issue at pick up. But within a couple days after being worked on? I think it's clear this was caused from being removed for the PPF. It was a brand-new car and perfectly fine before we dropped it off. We are not pursuing the spoilers. The side pieces on the front of the car can still be pulled off. The emblem adhesive still has gaps. I am allowed to state what I believe to be the cause. Regardless, I also acknowledged that Stage Five disputes this and we have not pursued any of these. Tim said they didn't remove the antenna, and we said okay. We have not asked for anything further. The no return call is not true. I said during the call on April 25 that we would like the windshield PPF replaced. My husband told Tim to contact him. Tim said he would call us on Friday. Tim did not. My husband texted Tim about scheduling. Tim said he would call my husband on Monday. It is now 5:35 pm on Monday, 28 April, and he did not call. I cannot state enough how extremely offensive it is to imply that I have lied on this review. I have been very deliberate in providing a clear timeline with dates and times and being as factual as possible. It is fact that we have taken our car to Stage Five three times. It is fact that even though they said they could fix the tint the second time they did not. It is fact that when we took the car up a third time they did not tell us until we got there that the windshield PPF could not be replaced. None of this was even addressed in the owner's reply. His focus was on the loose pieces of the car, which as I have repeatedly stated, we are not even pursuing with them. It is my opinion that Jordan was extremely rude and hostile on our phone call.
