Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

Other places seem to try to rip off people by short cutting and tints last maybe 2-3 years also they don't offer quote through online/phone, but their advertisements and shops look fantastic with less than average skills in tinting, it makes me feel like they are more interested in making money than getting better at what they do.

I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

I recently had my vehicle detailed and serviced here, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Special thanks to Kevin for walking me through every service in detail and making sure I understood exactly what was being done. Adam was great at coordinating and keeping communication clear, and the manager (forgot his name :() ensured that each step was done to perfection. The ceramic coating came out fantastic, my car looks better than when I bought it. The windshield protection was applied with precision, and I truly appreciate the attention to even the smallest details. Prices are very competitive and absolutely worth every penny for the quality of work provided. Only small area for improvement: cross-checking the interior cleaning to ensure it's perfect, as I noticed a couple of minor spots missed. Overall, excellent experience and workmanship. This shop sets a high standard for detailing. The location is convenient, right off the freeway with plenty of parking, which makes dropping off and picking up easy. I finally decided to go with DAS and I have no regrets whatsoever. I needed a shop that could remove the old, dealer installed "ppf" that cane with the car, install some aftermarket body parts I brought with me, modify my exhaust, then add colored PPF. I primarily worked with Michael. He walked me through the entire process, was transparent about their pricing, and was patient as I had quite a but of scheduling conflicts due to work/travel. He was always responsive and answered my hundreds of questions. I also worked with Auri. He is very meticulous about the product they put out. He noticed a few things that weren't to his high standard (including a dent on my car that was there before I dropped off the car) and had them fixed immediately. Auri is friendly, responsive, and takes a lot of pride in their work (it shows). No doubt I will go to them going forward.
