I want to post about this company Providence Realty- Scott and Adele Tucker & Associates. They are unprofessional, lazy and rude. First Scott Tucker didn't even have the decency to correspond with my agent on a property I wanted to purchase. The house had been on the market for over 4 months. We loved the home and placed a full price offer. My agent reached out to Scott but he doesn't take calls from agents and only allows his assistant Ulises to negotiate. Ulises, is rude, condescending and very unprofessional. The sellers did a counter offer and only asked for 5k more, I accepted the counter offer. (Keep in mind, the seller's agent kept telling us there were no other offers and I was the only offer) They then demanded we do a cross qualification. My agent was told I was the only offer they had received and there were no other offers on the table. I was annoyed about having to do the cross qualification, but we proceeded. For a whole week, my agent and my lender reached out to the company, But Ulises kept saying, "Oh Scott is busy, Oh Scott is on the phone, We will let you know etc, etc" After a whole week they finally came back I was cross qualified on Friday and we were lied to and misled that we would open escrow on Monday 5/19/25. My agent and lender never heard from anyone. Guess how I found out that they decided to go with another offer? I received an alert from Zillow that the property was now pending. No one told my lender or my realtor (By this time my agent was actually on vacation with his daughter and mother on a cruise, but he was still checking emails). I reached out to my people and asked them; The house is pending are we finally ready for escrow? My lender reached out to Scott and once again Ulises answered the phone and was so rude, dismissive, disrespectful. He stated, "Oh I sent the agent an email that my client went with another offer". How was this possible? They kept telling us there were no other offers, they had me go through this cross qualification etc. Did the other buyer have to do a cross-qualification? If so, why didn't they tell my people? I feel this was deceitful and unprofessional. If this is how this company runs their business, please be warned and look for properties that doesn't involve Providence Realty and Scott Tucker and anyone from their office. Stay away from this office. They are not responsive at all, and really do not know what they are doing. You never talk to the agents just employees at the office. My escrow would not have closed had it not been for a diligent escrow agent as well as the diligence of my agent. They use all the wrong forms for real estate transactions and are not open on weekends. What kind of real estate office is not open on weekends? So I bought a home for my mother who just lost her Declarated Vietnam husband of 56 year. Move from San Clemente to Menifee close to her relatives.This Real Estate agency is great on not disclosing valuable information. Like black mold water leaks. Poor plumbing systems that the toilets overflow and sewage fills the bathtub and shower. They have no clean out system so you have to call a plumber every week. When seller checked and said sewer and plumbing systems were fine. The realtors knew about the problems. Will not recommend for a real estate agency.
