We had to get the car towed as we knew it did not have any oil in it..we thought, great, this is going to cost a fortune so they towed it in looked at the car and gave us a call with what was wrong and the cost to fix. Very reasonable based on the research I did..they told us that it would be ready on Monday (they towed it on Friday) we asked that since it was there could they please give the a/c a charge, no problem. They called Friday evening and told me I need new rear brakes which we knew about so we decided to get that done too. Everyone there was so nice and very friendly I felt as though they were honest but most of all my car runs great! We will use these guys for all our future car needs. The final bill exceeded what I would have expected to pay at a Chevrolet dealership for the same maintenance. While I understand quality work comes at a price, the value simply was not there for the amount charged. What left the strongest impression was sitting in the waiting area listening to the manager/owner conduct business calls that did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a company handling expensive vehicles. Daily driver only -- no towing, no off-road use. Transmission Build: M3960 / MF S1 BM 3960, installed November 2021. November 2024 -- Transmission failure at 62,500 miles on that build. Repair cost: $12,000+. Upon pickup, the front bumper was found to be improperly secured and required a return visit to correct. December 2024 -- Vehicle returned after a transmission "Refresh" ($8,088). Within 2 miles of leaving the shop, the transmission was not shifting correctly. The truck was returned immediately. January 2025 -- Vehicle returned to me in drivable condition. This is the in-service date for the refreshed transmission. January 2026 -- Exactly 12 months from the in-service date, the transmission again stopped shifting properly under identical usage conditions. The shop declined to repair the unit under any warranty or goodwill provision. For context, two prior issues were resolved without escalation: -- A passenger side mirror was damaged during a replacement service. The parts supplier where I purchased the mirrors honored their warranty and I completed the reinstallation myself. -- A TPMS sensor was improperly installed with a new set of 4 tires purchase. Discount Tire diagnosed and corrected the issue at my expense. I did not raise either of those issues with the shop at the time. Given my history as a customer since 2018 and the total financial investment involved, you would think this place would be responsive. Avoid this place, integrity does exist here.

It's intimidating and immediately your stress levels go crazy. This is not my area of expertise but CDT Automotive changes all of that with how they treat you and communicate with you. They truly are the masters at giving great customer service. Details: They have a modern and super clean shop with a waiting area that is comfortable and CLEAN with a TV and good magazines. I was given a tour of the garage area and it's immaculate. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I had my brakes and rotors replaced and while I waited in the lobby was given all of the details, delivering on expectations from the start. I knew about how long it would take, next steps along the way, cost breakdown and AJ, the service manager, made me feel catered to. He even had lunch brought in while I waited. Above and beyond expectations on customer service. They wash your vehicle and place a snack and bottle of water with a coupon in your vehicle upon leaving. Amazing! Second visit: Had them complete my vehicle's routine maintenance and again, Bobby, AJ and staff were all there to greet me and again, exceeded my expectations. Due to the work I needed done I was going to be there for an extended amount of time. AJ hooked me up with a driver to drop me off and pick me up for lunch. Both of the guys driving me to and from were friendly and they both talked about how much they love working there. The entire vibe of the place is that the people there love the work they do and working there and it delivers in how they treat their customers. Compared to taking my vehicle to the dealership, cost is much better and overall customer service just beats anyone out there. They do great work, they meet and exceed expectations and ladies you can actually RELAX knowing you are in good hands, won't get talked down to, your questions will get answered honestly and with CARE. Hailey one of the service associates called me to confirm what I needed done. I dropped my car off the night prior and left my keys in the Dropbox. My appointment was for 730. I had a call from Hailey at 900 to share what was found and my options. Based off parts we figured it would be 3 days for the parts and work to be done. Surprisingly it was done in 2 days. At checkout Hailey asked me about my military status and provided me a 10% discount which made a huge difference. They were extremely professional and helpful. I will continue bringing my little convertible here for maintenance as it is has been with me for many years and has many army stories associated with it.

Did some online hunting and landed on Automotive Collision Specialists, Inc. Let's call them ACS. Made an appointment and got an estimate. Very easy. First thing I noticed on the estimate was that ACS was gonna use OEM parts. Other shops I went to wanted to install Made in China parts. I appreciated the fact that ACS would use the best parts available for my car. Also got some modest encouragement about paint quality which was important to me. So I brought the car in on a Monday. They said it would likely be done by Friday. So far all sounded good, but a hiccup entered the process. They had ordered a new bumper cover (the visible external plastic bumper) plus a plastic valence which snaps into the bottom of the bumper cover. This valence part arrived but was damaged in shipping. It was packed in a plastic bag with zero protection against impact injuries. They proceeded to return that part and ordered a second. No good. A third was ordered. No good. A fourth came in, and they thought it might be OK but called me to come take a look. I did and though close to 100%, it still was damaged. Another reorder was done at my request (with no arguments, BTW), and it took the dealer two days, but they got a good part out to the ACS shop. Got a heads-up on this. So the car was quickly completed, and I came over to pick it up. It was literally perfect. Paint, fit of bumper, exhaust pipe alignments, etc. Everything like new. Car was spotless inside and out. Very impressive. I had met some of the guys at ACS. So . . . Ethan, Gary and Alan, thank you for a great job. And please thank the guys in the back for the excellent professional work they did for me.
