I called Kirkland around 7PM and spoke with their Tech Matthew who offered to come right over. I declined because it was raining heavily and I could wait until the next morning for a repair. Matthew stated on the phone it was probably the capacitor and he would be over at 8AM the next day. He arrived on time and replaced the damaged capacitor bringing the AC back to working. Matthew was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing for the repair I felt was very reasonable. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies in the past and because of their performances, I did not call them again. I wish I could give Kirkland 6 stars instead of the max 5 allowed. There are indeed other Heating and Air Companies in the Dallas area; but there is only one Kirkland.

They have been working for three days now to send a tech to try to get the new unit running correctly and the fist tech showed up and didn't have the tools he needed to determine the problem. They scheduled another tech for the next day who didn't show and they didn't call me to let me know (wasted another four hours of my time) so I called them and they stated a tech would come out first thing the next day at 9am. Tech didn't show with no calls and no updated so I had to call again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Haynes. They have poor service, poor communication and poor install experience.
