He greeted me promptly in the service drive and took care of my vehicle, from start to finish. There is a small waiting area that I always appreciate and enjoy. Since we don't get loaner vehicles, this was a nice consolation prize. Complete with a coffee bar and water as well as a pop corn machine. The dealership seems awful quiet and way less busy than Toyota and Paradise. It was so calming, just to wait. Roy had my car washed for me and out within an hour and 45 min. The honesty and integrity of the sales associates from this Temecula location was poor and unprofessional. After a few days of negotiation, a total price was agreed upon and I arrived to make my purchase. The total price we agreed upon included "ALL" taxes and fee's. During the paperwork process, I was informed that the actual amount was higher by about $85.00. This was clearly different then what we had agreed. However, At the time I didn't want to make a big deal about this, so I just paid the difference. But, when I was given the "Key" for the car from the saleman Robert, I discovered that there was only one key FOB for the car. I immediately asked why there was only 1 key FOB and was told that they only had the one key. I thought it was odd that I was never informed of this important detail. I left with my car and one key and once I was home I emailed Robert and asked about getting a 2nd key, and wanted them to provide me with a 2nd key at their cost. He stated initially that DCH Chrysler would get a 2nd key FOB made for me at their cost. I awaited details on what was needed from me. Then, a couple days later, I received an email from Robert stating that the cost for the 2nd key would in fact be my responsibility. A cost of $274.53. I feel this is unacceptable. It appeared to me that because I had already purchased the car, there was no urgency on their part to satisfy the customer. They had their transaction and could simply move on. Not only is this bad business, but also lacks honesty and integrity on behalf of the salesmen from this establishment. Customer beware, there are many other establishments to choose from in Temecula, and certainly much better customer service. ***UPDATE*** I spoke with Charlie after the manager responded. I want to thank him for offereing to add a 2nd FOB key at their cost. So I have scheduled this and I'm awaiting the completion of the key. I honestly appreciate DCH Chrysler Dodge stepping up and making this right. Which was in part a miscommunication. The $85 issue was not addressed but, overall I am happy with this transaction. Formal Complaint -- Jeep Service Department (DCH TEMECULA)…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeep service department at DCH TEMECULA. I wish there were a zero-star option. I believed returning to the dealership--especially since I purchased my vehicle there--would be the best choice. Instead, I was treated as though my business did not matter. Details of the Issue 1) Lack of communication after drop-off After I dropped my vehicle off, there was absolutely no communication. I had to call multiple times, and I repeatedly reached voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I was forced to keep calling until I finally reached someone. 2) Unhelpful and unprofessional customer service My service representative (I will not name names) seemed uneducated and blamed me for the issue. The service manager demonstrated zero customer service skills, and because my vehicle is not under warranty, he made it clear he could not care less about helping me. 3) $245 charge with no timely resolution I was charged $245 to be told what I already brought my vehicle in for--only to then be told the issue could not be fixed for at least 45-60 days because parts were unavailable. This was presented as "blamed the world," which I found highly unprofessional. 4) Ongoing concern about vehicle safety I was left without meaningful help or guidance and was essentially left to figure out what to do next. I am still unsure whether my Jeep is safe to drive. I also do not know whether this is a broader or national issue, as no one provided clear answers or support. Requested Action & Next Steps Given the lack of communication, the unhelpful service response, and the 45-60 day delay due to unavailable parts--after charging me $245--I am escalating this matter. My next letter will be to Jeep corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and my legal counsel. I will never return to, or recommend, DCH TEMECULA again.

It had low miles and looked very clean. We went on a test drive and ended up buying this vehicle. Dennis is very knowledgeable with the KIA lineup. He is professional, patient, and willing to work for a deal. My niece was happy. I would advise anyone looking for a car, to know your credit worthiness and be prepared to haggle, as this seems to be the way this dealer operates. Finance department, Daniel, was nice but sent me negative vibes. I'm not sure what it was but I didn't like the vibe, in there, at all. Spare tire was missing and so far Dennis promised he would get her one. Funny, as this was a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED KIA. When I saw they had a great price that could not be beat by an dealers in San Diego, OC or LA on a 2017 VW Tiguan I emailed them and asked for more info. The Tiguan was 3K cheaper than any other dealer I could find online. I set an appointment and met at the dealership and took the car for a test drive. The car was in great condition and ran great. Because they work on an appointment only basis the process very quick. I financed the car and was out of the dealership in about an hour. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.
