    This is another review for the service dept only. First of all I just want to say the people are always really nice when I come in for service. Nick my advisor has always been upfront and polite. Always smiling ask us how we doing. He's been our advisor most of our services. I had to bring my Sportage in for noise the a/c was making. They did find out it was the air compressor. It is covered under warranty. This is the second issue this year where I had to have a service covered under. warranty. My complaint is this. I brought my car in on Thursday, was told they needed to order the part and it should be in by Friday by noon. I was warned by Nick that he was working by himself. We assumed the car would be done around noon or at least by closing. No phone call, no text, no email, we called at least 10 times and no answer from noon to 4pm at the service dept. I called sales and ask that I be transferred to the service manager where I left a message. No call back, no text, no email NOTHING. It is Saturday, we thought for sure they are just busy and didn't have time to call right? So we head on over about noon to pick up my car. It isn't ready. Poor Nick, there he was by himself working getting yelled at by a customer. He sees us and we say we are picking up our car that I assume must be done, he says I thought I told you it would be over the weekend. But he didn't. He offers to get me into a rental that I'm so glad they have now. We sign the paper work I get into the car but upon inspection, the car is filthy, super dirty on the outside. Obvious signs it was not cleaned prior to me getting this car. Tire pressure light on and blinking which I didn't notice until I drove to Costco. My husband put air in it but the light didn't go away. I mean it is a free rental but at least rinse the car down check for service lights and clean the trash out. With everyone looking for jobs around here in Temecula how can they be short staffed? Your employees deserve help. Thank you to Nick for keeping his cool. You can tell on his face he was frustrated but tried very hard to not let that get to him. I wanted to buy him lunch. Please give him the praise he deserves and get your service dept some help. And wash your rental cars! I do have a video of how dirty the car is but not going to post it.

    OIL! Had Kia in Temecula do my oil change!!My biggest problem is why is my oil so black and gooey if they just changed it.

    I hope that they will make sure that they repair the cars correctly without rushing through it since the line there is so long

    Lilliana Ramos was absolutely amazing to work with. As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly nervous about the whole process, but she made everything easy and smooth from start to finish. She was able to get us approved for a 2019 Kia Optima and worked hard to make sure we got a great price. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about us as buyers. She didn't treat us like just another sale -- she wanted it to work out for us, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. If you're going to Kia, ask for Lilliana Ramos. You won't regret it!

    Third dealership worked a charm ! Great experience at Kia of Temecula. My partner purchased an EV6 GT and couldn't be happier with how smooth everything went. Rose, the salesperson, was wonderful--very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in explaining all the details, including the out-the-door pricing. The finance team was also great: professional and not pushy at all with extras, which I really appreciated. Overall, a straightforward and pleasant buying experience. I would definitely recommend Kia of Temecula.

    Dane Hanson was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions with ease. He never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured like some other salespeople might. Every person we encountered at this dealership was pleasant overall, but Dane is a total rockstar. I absolutely love my new 2024 Kia Sportage X-Line! Can't wait to continue familiarizing myself with my shiny new baby.

I made an appt and receive a call as they ask me to change my appt from 930 to 730.. i had to shuffle things around to make sure I can accommodate the new time In the email for the service appt they have an email for the service department. I email them with my appt confirmation for my corvette telling them I can accommodate the 730 appt time. Also on the phone call I ask for pricing so I am aware what the out the door cost is. I get a round about estimate not a breakdown. (Website interaction) I don't have the ability to use a phone at work due to security, so I used the website chat / messaging to clearly ask for the price breakdown of the services for my corvette. (As I did not find pricing on their website) these are typical services that you would get for your car. I enter my information CLEARLY asking for pricing of services. I get bombarded by salesmen trying to sell me a car. This is why I don't like entering my phone number as now I am on paradises list to call. I show up at the dealership at 7 to drop off my car and my appt is for 930 and I am told to wait 10 minutes for an advisor while I watch 7 cars get taken care of. While I am waiting I call the Lake Elsinore dealership and schedule service for next month as its tool late to ask for it that same day. As a consumer all I wanted was an appt, the time that I was asked to try to accommodate, and pricing before I get there. I work 6-6 and am in a secure area so email is preferred communication. I know this is a military town so not everyone has the use of cell phones at their job. I am one of them. I will be buying a car in 2027, I think this dealer or even brand is off my list.

I will never go back…read more I had some recall work done and then got an email saying that they found an "engine oil leak" which would cost over $4100 to fix. The email included a phone video made by the tech showing what looked like black oil behind the engine. My car was recently inspected by a good independent shop (Auto Club Approved!!) in Temecula and they found nothing leaking. So, was I supposed to just pay the four grand for nothing or were they going to try and get me to trade in on a new vehicle? We will never know because my independent garage said "no leaks" and my garage floor hasn't got a single drop of oil, and I will never go back to this dealership for anything, not even parts.

My husband wanted a specific model in a specific color ("Ether," I think?), so it had to be custom ordered from Japan and shipped to California. He had been working with John Cunningham, who gave him frequent updates about the status of the car from its time in the factory all the way to its delivery to the dealership. Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. I declined went elsewhere for a second opinion and told it wasn't needed ( what a shocker). It seems they have something always "highly" recommended to be done and my experience is that it's always something different (brakes, new battery, or something else) and I get the second opinion which proves to be not necessary. Yes I get it there is something that will need replacing, repaired or serviced but stop with the implied statement of it's highly recommended right now. Be aware that you will get the same experience when you go.
