If they hired less teenage-age-range staffs and concentrated more on the front desk security lines, customer would not have to wait too long; especially for children whom are adapted leisure customers. The downside is the season pass affordability. And it would be a great business incentive if there were private events like drowning prevention courses, and special needs custom hours or events. Viable parking allotted spacing is also limited and legal nuance.

The Kentlands pool reminds me of my summers as a kid. All the kids in the neighborhood have a blast just like me in my old pool. The staff at the pool are great, they're always on top of everything and focused on making sure all patrons have a great time. My niece needed to complete a swim test and the manager was on it, the whole process was easy and stress free. Last week I fell asleep working on my tan and a young handsome lifeguard politely woke me up when the pool was closing. He was truly a professional. When I look around the pool it's strangely quiet and their isn't that summer spark I expect. In my experience at the Kentlands Pool I also found one major flaw. The ping pong table and balls were a disgrace! I was shocked at the poor quality and it made playing ping pong with my son unbearable. This was a clear bait-and-switch. When I requested to cancel due to their false representations, I was told there were no refunds simply because I had already signed--despite the agreement being based on misleading information. This business pressures clients into contracts, takes large upfront payments, and only then reveals the true costs. HORRIBLE
