Promised to finish this gate for me, and left me with a lop sided gate with a piece of wood stuck underneath for support. Unprofessional!
    Missy W.

Unprofessional, horrible communication, left job unfinished and acted as if he's doing me a favor. I never asked for a "deal" and wanted a beautiful gate for my driveway. I texted photos of what I had in mind, and was willing to pay good money. Instead, I get an unfinished basic gate that is unsanded (splintery to touch) when I have a one year old child trying to touch it getting cut on his hands, no bottom trim on one side so it's lop-sided, and no castor to bear weight as promised. I had multiple other projects in the works including a fence that I asked for a quote on and never got- and was ready to spend good money. But Chris acted like I was a meaningless customer and treated me like my money didn't matter because he had bigger jobs at hand. Treat people better Chris, and at the very least keep to the schedule that you tell your customers.

A fantastic experience, from beginning to end. My initial call asking about an estimate for replacing a "good neighbor fence" was returned within the hour. The estimate appointment was a few day later at 1pm. Chris was right on time. (A rarity these days.) He was very clear/detailed in explaining the work he would do, changes from the existing fence & how long it would take. He also took a look at a gate that I was looking to replace. Within ten minutes, he had a estimate for both the fence and gate. The prices were extremely fair! Chris was also very flexible about working the work into a schedule that worked for me. He arrived right on time the morning of the project. I was leaving town the day of the project. Chris kept me updated on the work, which included asking if I'd like my four foot gate and higher. The work was done in one, Clean up was spotless with no wood fragments left behind for my dog to get. I should mention that my neighbors that are on the other side of the fence were also extremely happy with the work....but I'll let them write their own review. For price, reliability & craftsmanship, look no further that Western Fence & Rail. Check out the pics I posted of their work. You will be a 100% satisfied customer!!!

When I moved to my new home and needed a gate to match the existing fence, I, of course, called him. The gate matches perfectly. He did it promptly. It is so high quality and beautiful. What impressed me the most is that he offers a lifetime guarantee, and he means it. The latch on my gate broke about a year after he built it, and then again later when somebody tried to kick in my gate. It was no fault of Jason's craftsmanship (the latch was high quality, just a crummy situation that made it break!), but he immediately sent over a member of his team both times to fix it free of cost and it's worked ever since! I'm so impressed by both the quality of the work but also the humanity of the company. Jason cares about what he does and is such a kind and friendly soul!

I have had them back to do a couple modifications and gate-related things over the years, and they seem to enjoy coming back to see their previous projects years later. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company for any fencing project you may have!

We've owned our 1950s ranch for about five years now--and yes, that has meant a lot of upgrades. During that time, we've worked with several contractors and handymen (about 4-6 total), and without hesitation, RRR Construction has been the best experience we've had. They're a smaller crew, but they absolutely pack a punch. PJ and Junior are detailed, transparent, communicative, and punctual. Their honesty and customer service are truly above and beyond anyone we've worked with in the past. From start to finish, we felt informed, respected, and confident in the work being done. It's incredibly hard to find a reliable, honest, and reasonably priced contractor these days, which is why we're so grateful we found RRR Construction. This family-owned business truly stands out for their professionalism, communication, and integrity. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects and wish them nothing but continued success. Highly recommend.

I was very glad I trusted my gut and went with them, because I felt confident that they wanted me to get the best out of the experience and took pride in their work. They found black mold in my ceiling and treated it, and had to add unexpected insulation (and our 5 holes all had different color and texture paint) for only $200 extra. I found scheduling to be easy I did that all via text. I am VERY busy with kids, pets, a full time job AND we had just moved OUT of the house we needed fencing for. I explained to the woman on the phone when she rescheduled me, as they had an incorrect phone # for me intially, so I never got notified the tech was coming. My BIG issue was that I said REPEATEDLY that we did not live at the house anymore and it was empty. They said I HAD to be there for the estimate. This was a total waste of my time, as it did NOT need to be done in person. AND it was over 45 minutes to provide an estimate on ONE fence panel. ONE!! The "technician" was very nice but I stood in my former backyard, during the "extreme heat" we had on June 15th and waited over10 minutes before I called them and said I SEE your fencing truck where the heck is the guy?? He said he had rang my doorbell and knocked on the door but I didn't answer. I said no kidding I don't live here. Then he took measurements. He took pictures and said he'd be "right back" as he needed to "run the numbers." So I thought this would be quick. NO. After over 10 minutes I finally went to my car and turned it on to wait on him. Then he wanted to go BACK into the yard again. I was getting frustrated at this point. I did NOT need to be present for this. I felt like my time was wasted and I also felt like NO consideration was given to the fact that it was over 90 degrees...close to 100, when he left me standing outside waiting on a quote that was DOUBLE the company we hired. I had my dogs with me and they were both panting so I wanted to make sure they were in the car with AC. After he went back into the yard for a third time, I pulled my car into the shade to help it cool down more. Then he gave me twenty questions on who quoted me less! And made me pull up their website for him while he talked on the phone. Super unprofessional. Super WEIRD. They are nice people but change your business model. Be FAST. Be efficient. Stop wasting people's time trying to be different and show up and do the work. This isn't a "sale" it's a need for people. People don't need an elongated process with back and forth. They NEED repairs done. Respect people's time. As they say time is money. And you wasted mine.

We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing!!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team, Josh and Kevin, did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job, always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite every day. At the end of each day, they completely cleaned up the area. We worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodeling on our last home, and we did not have good experiences with either company. We were very nervous about having to go through another bad experience. We were so pleasantly surprised that Steller Construction turned out to be a great decision! Our deck/catio is beautiful, and we love it! If you have any construction or remodeling needs, contact Micah at Steller Construction. You will not be disappointed!
