This past year has been especially difficult with storm damage and having to replace a roof during monsoon season. Since I'm out of town for work, I was worried about how everything would get handled, but Lemonie really stepped up. She coordinated with multiple contractors, stayed in contact with my tenants, and handled everything professionally. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for me. Genesis has helped us deal with a number of different property issues, including coordinating contractors, getting estimates, handling repairs, and helping work through any other situations that have come up. The Genesis TEAM has also done a great job on the rental side, making sure our properties are marketed well, get the right exposure, and ultimately get rented. We did the complete sale and financing over the phone from Maui Hawaii. Later we flew in to sign the papers. We Only saw The MLS photos and her opinion. Which was right on. Good and bad. But we had visited a home Very similar to this one for a house sitting we had done 4 doors away on the same street. Now I am returning the gift by a referral to a house listing next door to me that I have been helping the family on. She looks inside it tomorrow. The bank appraisal is already done. This will go well. Probably for sale in a week. Update: next morning Leslie Heros came by on time this am to look at the house next door. Next step , set the price with the owner. She wants to list it. She loves our area.
