I Do not recommend this hotel. My stuff was stolen from this hotel room when we only had a hotel room service once. I am very beyond pissed. They need to find out what happened. Go back to the cameras. If not, the DOJ already knows the cops already knows so whoever stolen my clothes needs to give me back my clothes cause they already got you on the books stealing my clothes from my hotel room while I wasn't staying there. I would never recommend this hotel never stay here. Stay at home to home Two is way better and nicer.

The bed was tilted and warn out. Couple of times during the night I woke up feeling I'm falling down. Old rusty bathtub with no hot water for showers, ran the water for over five minutes and was just slightly warm that i had to shower very quickly. I called service desk to ask for the reason and Silvia said she cannot change my room, which was unrelated cause I never asked that and also said maintenance team will get it fixed in the morning, perhaps when I checked out of my room! Tried to take shower in the morning before going to work, again water was cold! The lack of basic amenities like lotion was very inconvenient and surprising given the extensive price point. The closest door opens but good luck being able to close it. It was very old and heavy so I decided to just leave it open. Breakfast was fine, decent variety of options which you could choose. But one of the staff was standing by the kitchen door, staring at the guest which was very awkward and disturbing. Like you are eating in the prison and guards are watching you! I will let my company know about my unpleasant experience to prevent booking at this hotel for my future visits.

The staff throughout my stay was friendly, professional, and courteous. My concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property. Our room (428) had a significant carpet beetle infestation. There were so many throughout the room that my family and I felt we needed to keep our shoes on at all times. The pool was also one of the dirtiest hotel pools I have encountered. When I asked if there was a pool net available, I was told the hotel did not have one on site. The front desk associate was kind enough to borrow a net from another Marriott, and I ended up cleaning the pool myself because she was the only employee working the front desk. Additionally, the elevator shook noticeably each time it reached a floor before the doors opened, which raised concerns about its condition. I understand the challenges that come with being understaffed, but after spending nearly $1,000 on my stay, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. I chose not to complain during my visit because the staff was doing their best, but I felt it was important to share this feedback so these issues can be addressed. I travel to El Centro regularly, but unfortunately this experience has led me to choose a different hotel for future visits, and I will be directing my team to do the same. Small investments in property upkeep and maintenance go a long way toward earning long-term customer loyalty.

Immediately had to ask the housekeepers to change the sheets because we were not going to sleep on those. The floors were full of dirt, the tv wasn't working, and to top it off, the staff have no consideration when coming to your room to fix things. They just walk right in making themselves at home, no knocking, no announcements, just invasion. To add insult to injury, some rooms don't even have the extra latch to lock your room which again adds to these people just waltzing right into your room like it's their own. Then after watching the housekeepers clean rooms throughout the week, they never came to clean up ours. After the third day, I went to the lobby to ask if they could clean our room, and unfortunately that was pointless. Room still dirty, no fresh towels, sheets, or even toilet paper. The air conditioner smelled like mildew, and we even found mold in the restroom. I attached a picture of it. Safe to say we won't be returning again. Im just hoping this place sees this and uses it as a wake up call to clean up their rooms. Absolutely disgusting.

It's bright, colorful, and has a lot of comfortable seating if you want to work, relax, or just hang out. The small market area is convenient too, especially if you need snacks or drinks late at night. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. I appreciated having a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. It makes longer stays much more comfortable. The room layout also includes a desk, couch, and a nice open feel which is great if you're working remotely. The bathroom was clean and modern, and everything felt well kept. Overall, this is a great option if you're staying in El Centro for work or travel. Comfortable rooms, a nice lobby, and practical amenities that make the stay easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
