I always prefer coming to Frank for fingerprinting and notary services. Recently, I came to get eight notarized signatures. I arrived about 3:10 and by 350 we were done. I didn't realize so much time had passed and that's because he's so pleasant to converse with. As we were getting the notaries completed, I had to call an attorney to get a little bit of information. This was a wonderful notary experience. Just goes to show you that years of experience makes a process so easy. I found WNS online, called and spoke with Mr. Frank Boyle. We scheduled an appointment for the next day but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to reschedule for the day after. Mr Boyle was very understanding (he was on his way when I called!) and accommodating. At the subsequent appointment, he was very professional and took care to explain the notary process to us all. Price was more than fair. We of course paid for the travel on the first day that we subsequently had to reschedule. I was referred to Frank by Bay Farm Elementary as AUSD requires a live scan as one of the prerequisites to volunteering. I called and Frank was able to provide appointments the same day - his office is outdoors/indoors on the porch right before Central when coming from Otis. I live in Idaho and I have had a family member in the hospital in the Bay Area for 9 months with Covid and related illnesses. The inital stay she was put in a coma with a ventilator. I mean that he gave me one price, which he didn't break down into particulars (two livescans), and then I found ged charged my bank more than ten percent more than the price he quoted me.
