While the quality of work appears satisfactory, the customer service, project timeline, and communication were severely lacking. The project involved new cabinets and replacement of a portion of flooring after an appliance leak in my kitchen. The project took more than 6 months to complete and included numerous no shows, delays, and incorrect installations. My calls and texts were frequently ignored or not returned, and I was often left wondering when scheduled work would ever be performed. After multiple rounds of clarification, we still received incorrect cabinets and flooring, further delaying the project. On one instance, workers never showed up to complete a job on their scheduled day, and I was not informed until the the morning of when staff would be there on other days. I was left to manage deadlines on behalf of the company and never felt like I was a priority to them. While I am happy with the work the company performed, I would recommend taking your renovation work elsewhere for a better and more timely experience.

Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work.
