The pricing has remained reasonable over that period of time, and the service remains consistent. Our favorite technician (of all) has been Moses. He arrives promptly, completes the job thoroughly, is always friendly and helpful. Moses would get Dewey a five-star rating by himself. The one-star deduction is due to dealing with the corporate office. In the past information does not flow, very well, from headquarters to the regional offices and vice versa. Overall, we are going to remain customers' of Dewey for the foreseeable future.
