I decided on a reconditioned tub at a fabulous deal!!! They stored it for me till I could have it hooked up (4 months) I had a small issue with the heater in the first week and the office arrnaged a service call with in a few days.. Mike came out and fixed it and showed me how to do my weekly maintenance.. All in all very happy with this company!! Buying a tub is a big expense and I feel good having bought a Beachcomber tub!!

Since then I've always been confident I could call or drop in and get any 'stupid' question answered quickly. Recently we had our first real problem with the tub. The team at Paradise Bay was friendly and helpful. Kirt led me through what to look for (just in case I could resolve the problem on my own). When I couldn't get the fix done, they scheduled Dave to come out, check it out and fix it for us. Dave was professional, quick, and thorough. However he also said if they could squeeze us in after calls that same day, they'd come by. Two hours later someone was at my door, and within 30 minutes the hot tub was fixed! From the initial pressure by the owner saying they'd add special add ons for free if I bought…read moreduring Stampede (you can't buy the tub without the add-ons!) to the breakdown of the plastic in the jets (They blame even ONE time a chemical might of been imbalanced) in just over 2 years to the FIRST pump replacement repair person indicating I overpaid by $3500 to SECOND service indicating that only my pump was leaking and everything else good to the state it's in today that the logic board and header also need to be replaced as it's not calling for heat...and they only send a bill and not even options to fix it. Don't buy a tub from them, and from their mouth is that all tubs won't last. $8,000 for less than 3 years of normal service. There's something sleazy about the hot tub industry as you can buy a $40 toaster and you get a manual in 3 different languages. I had to ask for one and they sent me a PDF to a tub that was called something else. Summary: High pressure lie tactics for you to buy, Overpriced, not prioritizing service in freezing weather (can't keep service techs??) and the knowledge from them that hot tubs are all the same and are built not to last, I'd suggest staying away from World of Spas and maybe not buying a hot tub at all. Unless you have a lot of throwaway money.

They were very helpful through the whole installation process and put up with all my questions and concerns. We choose Jacuzzi because of the 10 year guarantee on the pumps. (the pumps are the main workings and really important). We really shopped around and could not find any guarantee that came close to Jacuzzi's. Many other hot tub companies try to tell you you can get a tub for a lot less than what you pay for a Jacuzzi. What they fail to mention is they really don't stand behind it for the long term. I researched all the Calgary hot tub dealers and found Jacuzzi Calgary to have one of the best Better Business Bureau ratings. There were a couple of other dealers scoring quite high but they missed out when it came to guaranteeing their product over the long term. We have called to have our water tested since our purchase and they have been very helpful and quick to service our request. I am recommending them to all my friends that are thinking of purchasing a hot tub .

Trevi installed my unground pool about 8 years ago. For the most part it has been great. But as…read moretime goes by stuff starts to break or wear out and needs replacing. This is where Trevi really lacks. I had them replace my liner last September after the old one developed holes from some wrinkles in the liner. Now this new liner has wrinkles everywhere (the walls too),something that took 8 years to happen with my original liner. We've only used this new liner for this season and I've asked them to come and fix them. They would rather come out and waste time giving excuses as to why there are wrinkles then just remove them and satisfy a long time customer. I've had issues with new bulbs burning out almost immediately. Wall coping was installed poorly and I've just noticed that my pool wall is cracked. If only there was some other pool company that would service Trevi's stuff. I've emailed and called them and Trevi doesn't even have the decency to return my emails. I'd reconsider having a Trevi pool or a a pool in Calgary whatsoever.
