You'll send three, four, sometimes five emails just to get a single sentence back -- usually days or weeks later, if at all. -Our landlord flat-out told us multiple times that he regrets ever signing with them. -Contractors refused to return for follow-up work, saying they couldn't get paid or get anyone at Renters Warehouse to return their calls. -Accountability does not exist. Every promise was empty. Every "we'll take care of it" turned into silence. If you're a tenant, prepare for constant frustration and complete neglect. If you're an owner, prepare for your property, tenants, and reputation to suffer right along with you.
