I know things are not renting as quickly, but still I should've gotten more out of it than what I did. The only reason why I stuck with it was because of David, who was helping me out at first who went above and beyond for certain things, but I'm sure he could find a much better company to work for because at least he's professional about things. They just nickel and dime you on everything and after this of me having to come and take care of this situation with the tenant.
