Nothing gets fixed properly. They lie about repairs like told us they where going to replace all windows seals in the complex it's been 4 months since. Mold and mildew plus fungus growing on the inside and outside. Dead trees falling down in the back the only thing holding them up is the high wires. The mold mildew problem they said I brought it with me when I moved in . But the fact with mold is growing outside because of leaves three feet tall up against the complex casing mildew to grow and the old siding sucks it up like a straw. Poorly maintained. Update: Was sent a message saying they found no record of me setting up a showing. I spoke with Evan almost a week before the scheduled showing. Just more proof that there is no organization or communication from this company. Laughable. No I will not be changing my review rating. read more

From the very beginning when My wife and I met Annemarie, we felt very comfortable with her rental process and paperwork provided to us. Annemarie made the initial rental application easy, straight forward and easy. During our rental time of about 1 year, we notified Annemarie of a few items that needed to be fixed or replaced in the rental unit. I think we called her at least twice. Her service people were prompt and quickly fixed the items we reported. When we moved out, Annemarie also provided the name of the carpet cleaning company she has used in the past. This service provider was also very friendly and scheduled us in to clean the carpets and he did an excellent job. At the final move out appointment, one of Annemarie's associates met my wife to view the rental property condition and that also went very smoothly. The return of our security deposit was in less then 30 days. All in all, the whole rental process was quick, smooth and efficient. We had not rented for over 18 years so wasn't sure what it would be like. I'm glad to say with Annemarie and her company Legacy Properties it was uneventful and we appreciate her process. Showings are not allowed without masks (thank you Debbie!) and because of that I feel so much safer and confident that I can find a great property and stay healthy. This company is terrible! They misrepresent themselves from the start. They are very confused about things listed in the lease. IE: landscaping, trash pick up, etc. They advertise "beautiful home" in Highlands Ranch. New paint, etc. The "new" paint is swatches of touch ups through the entire house that are a different color! We had a very quick showing because of "Corona Virus". Had we been able to really look beyond the "don't touch-hurry up" showing we would have run from the place. We were told it would all be cleaned up before move in. Not true. Third week that supposed "landscaping" included in the rent, has not been done. We have no idea who is supposed to do this...and neither does the management company. Extremely ongoing frustration... read more

Legacy property management has been amazing to work with. Coming from a homeowner that does not live in the area I have trusted them with my property from a far. Ann-marie and her team are super efficient and not to mention very detailed in everything that they do. They make the entire process from beginning to end and everything in between seamless. Initially I looked up two or three different companies and Ann-marie got right back to me. She spent an entire hour on the phone with me not even knowing if I was going to sign with her or not. She went over in detail how the entire business runs. I flew out to Colorado and met with her and she pretty much took everything from there. I live in Hawaii and I have had to be in minimal contact with her as she and her team handle everything. I would highly recommend. Best property management company in town. Great customer service. Clean and beautiful listings. Great company to work with

To say the least, I was not impressed. Viewed a home for rental with two other roommates, expressed great interest and went through with the application and even a co signer for extra support to ensure approval. The owner did not approve us even though we all have great rental history and stable finances, but my biggest issue was the the broker, Debbie. We asked for simple things, like what the average utilities cost was for the previous owner, a fairly simple request. No response, not too ambitious to help us... didn't know if it was since we are in our twenties. Big loss, I can't deal with people with that kind of attitude... Her email to us saying that we were not approved was so brief I laughed. I called her and her mailbox was full. Such a lack of professionalism. Not to mention, we booked a showing, my appointment was canceled after I confirmed it twice, and there was no mention it was a public showing! read more
