Filthy and disgusting!!!! When I first arrived in my room, I was hit with the overwhelming odor of urine that was trying to be covered up with cleaning solution, as well as no toilet paper in the restroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. The woman who works there, said that there were not any other rooms available, even though the parking lot was pretty much empty. She was nice enough to give me some incense, but I really regret staying here. It feels like a scam. I spilled some water on the floor and tried to wipe it up. Have never seen such dirty floors in a hotel room. The worst part was the blood stain on the mattress. read more

Lamps didn't work, carpet nails sticking out, curtains ripped, fan in bathroom didnt work, comforters reeked of old body odors, fridge didn't work, microwave didn't work, floors not level, internet was in and out, paint peeling and chipped, dark and dingy ..towels were so old and thin they ripped while you were drying.. it was just dirty and smelly we checked out early and moved on.. toilet was child size, housekeeper was nice and girl at checkin was nice.. other than that.. dump! The room was small and dirty, the curtains were broken and wouldn't close all the way. the bathroom light was shattered leaving the jagged bulb exposed, and the bathroom vent fan hung by a wire 4 inches from ceiling. We were so tired when checking in that we didn't notice the full condition of the room till morning. My wife went to turn in our room key and thought shed tell the owner of the safety hazards, when she did they accused us of having broken everything and tried to charge us. After a long argument over the motivation of breaking several things in the room only to turn around and report it to the owner, what have we to gain? The finally agreed not to charge us for repairs. If only we hadn't been nice in reporting the potential hazard non of this would have happened. BEWARE!!!!!!! read more

This place is awful we stayed here one night at the end of September and when arriving in our room saw graffiti on the walls and holes in the doors. The worst part was all the hair in the sheets in both beds! Not just one or two strands but gobs of it. I tried contacting office to get my money back but no one answers the phone ever! Stay away! Had I not been traveling for 12 hours, with no campsite open and no legal place to park overnight with my trailer, I stayed here. Fortunately, I was able to park my trailer in front of my motel room door so I stayed in my trailer after seeing the room! Disgusting! And it stunk of cigarettes inside & out. Front desk claim there's no cigarette smoking?! I can only assume the room next to me had a permanent resident who smokes (judging by the flowers on the outside and changed bicycles with flat tires) or she lied. Artwork above the bed was hanging by one nail, holes in every wall, broken light fixtures, broken toilet paper holder, broken soap dish taped up in the shower stall, the list goes on. All of these things do not require much expense to fix. Evidently they don't give a crap. With tax it came to $140 for that dump! Someone said they charge more if you're white, I hope that's not true but how the hell can they charge this amount of money for a 1 double bed room! Freakin' thieves. read more

Fucking 0 stars if i could! DISGUSTING!!! There were dead flies on the floor, blood on the blankets stains on the actual pillows not just the pillow cases. Super over priced at 167 dollars for one queen single night. On the inside of the quilt there was a blood stain and the pillows had splatters of something yellow stained into them. If it wasn't the only hotel in town I would've never paid for it. Honestly if its the last hotel in town; skip town go to ukiah or go up a few. The extra 20 minutes would be better than this. read more

This place is ridiculously over priced for what they offer. There was not one clean surface in the entire room, there were exposed sockets in the bathroom and the smell of the room was unbearable and we were unable to get rid of it with all windows and doors open. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Once we decided there was no way we were going to stay the woman in the front refused to refund our money and was very rude. We really just wanted to shower and the koa we stayed at the night before had a cleaner bathroom. Stay away from this place. read more

RUN FROM THIS PLACE. This place kicked me out because I complained about the ROTTEN CUCUMBERS I found under the dresser. The wife yelled at me and told me to mind my own business. Leads me to believe they knew they were in there. Didn't try to move me to another room, didn't explaine, just didn't care. I called the health dept and they told me unless they offered breakfast or had a pool they was nothing they could do about it. I have the photos and the video of them walking in the room and putting the dresser back without cleaning the cucumbers up. They fixed the dresser and walked out the door. I still am shuddering thinking about this adventure. read more

This place is seriously nasty. Water on tap is brown. Sheets have stains and are so so thin you can feel the old gross pad. On top of that you can tell the sheets were not changed. They were wrinkled only at the top corners.And it was $97 on a week day. No breakfast. Carpet and bed spread are gross. Who knows what is on the walls.So now I figured out what they did. As I said before the top of the sheet was wrinkled so I took it off to put the foot of the sheet at the top and guess what, they already did. My boyfriend and I needed a place to crash for the night and everywhere in town was charging $250-$300 because it was Memorial Day weekend. Not only was their price not jacked up ($89 for the night), the lady working the front desk was extremely nice. The room was clean, there was cable tv, and the bed was comfy. This was the dirtiest most decrepit motel I've ever stayed in. I'd give it minus stars if I could. Regret not leaving after I saw room. I wouldn't use the towels for rags. $200 for the room. I must have been crazy. Black mold in bathroom to boot. Hope I don't get corona virus for lack of cleaning. No smoking is ion reeked of cigarette smoke. Found this place on Hotels.com. Horrible front desk service, made us feel like we were disturbing her. She put us in a room that was STILL BEING CLEANED!!! The cleaning lady was super friendly and made it a priority to get our room done quickly. NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER!!!!! The sheets felt like paper and were so rough. The pillows were super thin and not comfortable, the bed was rickety and squeaky. Had to use my own blanket to keep warm. Would not recommend this place. read more

This is an older inn, but it is pretty nice inside. The customer service was excellent and the price was awesome (especially compared to other places in the area). We must of past through during peak season, the hotel seemed way over priced for the size. We paid $141 for queen bed. The bathrooms had recently been updating and we're very nice. However the room was tight for the price. The room was clean and bed was decent, definitely needed more or better pillows though. Served it's need, which was sleep. read more

We stayed at the Western Village Inn in Willits, California the night of December 11, 2010. The price was $54.00 total. 1. The room did not have an odor but the windows had been open all day, so who knows. 2. Room has refrigerator and microwave but there were items from the last guest. 3. The bedspread had an odor and had large stains... it probably had not been washed in sometime. We removed it to sleep. The other bedding was fine. We checked for bedbugs and there were not any. 4. The carpets were stained and had only been cleaned where a vacuum could be used. 5. The heater was not accurate for temperature. 6. The bathroom looked wonderful however, there was no way to divert the water for the shower to work and no plug for the tub. 7. If there ever was a pool, a muddy parking lot has replaced it, but not too many people swim in December! read more

The General Managers are nice. Great room for the inexpensive price. Now this goes out for those who might be a bit selective when it comes to their room stay: No, it is NOT the Hyatt. But if you want a safe, clean, affordable room where you can rest for the night, this is the place to stay. If you wish to see a room before you stay, ask.. Use some common sense. I travel all the time, so I try my best to be prepared for darn near any situation. I carry my own towels, air freshener, soap, shampoo/conditioner, Lysol, etc. Just in case. I know my comforts, and I prepare for MY COMFORTS. But I did not need any of that for this Inn. Would definitely stay here again. read more
