She called them right away, was able to see them right away, and was blown away by the experience. Flash forward to about a month ago when I ended up having to find a new dentist. My sister reminded me of Westerville Dental so I gave them a ring and had a very similar experience. I was able to get scheduled that same week and the staff was incredibly friendly. This business has all necessary information to determine my adult children have their own insurance and that my secondary insurance was not to be applied to their accounts as they are not covered under my insurance. * There is NO evidence you have sent a claim to my primary insurance; there is no record of payment by them. * They should have separated out each patient's account/billing and amount owed. * They should not have credited inappropriate accounts with my secondary insurance.
