The machines are in good shape. I needed to choose hot on 2 of the loads..both wash and dry. I've been places where they run out of hot water..not here. The dryers were truly hot as well. The plaza that it's in is a multi business plaza..so there's lots of traffic, but there's always parking close to the Laundromat.

The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. I recommend having all alterations done here.

Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate.
