    Dr Jablecki, The best. I have so much confidence in her. She is easy to explain medication my 11yr old Lab needs. I know she was training a new MD, but I'm so glad when I make an appointment I have her. The same goes with Dr Desome and Dr Alex. After dealing with these experienced doctor it important to have confidence in their care.

    Had to bring my cat in and felt really calm once was inside the facility. Staff was fabulous and didn't have to wait long. Everyone treated my pet with the utmost care and love. The doctors were fantastic, they listened and and evaluated and explained the treatment. I was happy with the results and will recommend this place for sure.

    Our two kittens were diagnosed with feline distemper and their prognosis was grim. Despite being told the mortality rate exceeded 80% we decided to admit them to the WVG hospital so they could fight the disease. The care they received from every doctor and vet tech was compassionate, caring and truly amazing! I'm happy to say they both survived and are healthy and thrivingThe team at WVG nicknamed them the " miracle kittens." Dr. Witham continues to provide wonderful care to them. I would not hesitate to recommend this vet group to anyone.

    I have no idea what's going on with Westfield Animal Hospital as of late, but it's become a huge…read moredisappointment. My dog had been vomiting off and on but was never lethargic enough for emergency care. I kept calling for an appointment but would always get voicemail where I mentioned the issue with my dog. I never received a call back to any of my calls. This has become a habit of theirs where the phone just rings into voicemail and no one returns your calls. I called again and finally got an appointment for Friday, April 24. However, at 9:36 that day, I received call from Westfield cancelling my appointment which was actually for 9:30. I never got the usual appointment reminder and thought the appointment was for 10:30. A reminder would have been appreciated but was never received. I was heartbroken because I'd waited so long but rescheduled for Monday, April 27, only to be surprised with an appointment confirmation for Monday, April 20 - the prior week! When I tried calling to correct this, no one answered the phone. As providence would have it, I ended up getting an appointment on the afternoon of April 24 with another vet in Clark through a referral. While at this vet's office, she mentioned that she was trying to reach Westfield Animal Hospital to have my pet's records transferred but couldn't get through because ...they didn't answer the phone. Also, I usually order my dog's medication from Chewy with an Rx approval from the vet. But this time Chewy sent a message stating that the vet disapproved their refill request due to the number of tablets requested which was too low. No big deal. I just increased the number of tabs with Chewy for them to resubmit for approval, yet somehow Westfield filled the prescription instead of allowing Chewy to do it. I received a text from Westfield to pick up the meds and was charged $93.00. The medication was levothyroxine, one of the cheapest medications for pets and usually costs around $8.00. Not wanting to deny my dog his medication, I accepted it but reviewed the matter closely afterwards because I couldn't understand what happened. In checking with Chewy's pharmacy and Westfield, I realized that Westfield bypassed Chewy and filled the prescription on their own. Chewy never received the updated Rx refill approval from Westfield Animal Hospital. I have no idea why they did this when I always have the medication refilled by Chewy. When I inquired with Westfield about returning the medication, I was denied due to their new policy of not giving medication refunds, and no reason was given as to why they didn't allow Chewy to refill the prescription. That was the last straw. Between their lack of callbacks, no appointment confirmation, robotic and apathetic response when I missed my appointment, and putting over a 1,000% markup on an inexpensive medication, I'd had enough of Westfield Animal Hospital. I don't know what's going on but they have turned away from pet care to a money grab. If someone is trying to ruin the business, they're doing a fine job!

I would give…read morezero stars if i could to this evil, uncaring, selfish, missing braincells, missing empathy, missing knowledge so called doctor called Dr. Mansour. He treated my cat for an infection when he indeed had cancer. He allowed my cat to suffer and die. He did not do a theral exam on my cat or else he would have felt the mass- the next vet felt. He did bloodwork on my cat and although all indications of cancer were shown in the bloodwork, he still wrote "stress versus infection". AND PROCEEDED TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! I called a week later after they gave him Mirataz "for apetite". Told them my cat was till losing weight (lost 3lbs in 2 months) told them he was lethargic- they told me to bring him in for a $600 ultrasound. They failed to acknowledge what i said- MY CAT WAS DYING AND THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK TO SEE TO REPEAT ANY B/W OR EXAMS ! THEY COULD CARE LESS ! THE NEXT DAY, I TOOK HIME FOR A SECOND OPINION. The new vet was disgusted with Dr. Mansour He showed me where his palpable mass was. he reviewed the bloodwork and told me my cat had lymphoma in the intestines and was suffering. He was dying !!!!! R.I.P my Kingy Bear - we love you and i am sorry we took you to this failure of a vet Dr. Mansour ! Stay away if u love your pet !

    I've been bringing my dog to this practice for 9 years, long before it became CARE VET…read more Unfortunately, my first visit under the new ownership was very disappointing solely because of Dr. Alina Tsavera the medical director . I did not have a personal interaction with her but she made a very neglectful decision on a matter involving my pets medical care . My dog was prescribed ear drops, but the vet tech did not attach the correct tip when administering them in the office, which resulted in about 75% of the medication being lost. I didn't realize until I got home that the bottle was almost empty. When I called, the situation was not handled well by her and the explanation given by the tech did not match what happened. After spending nearly $500 at the visit, it was frustrating to feel like Dr Tsavera's solution was not that the office replace them rather I can buy more . That insinuates I am at fault . Why should I pay for another bottle ? I never used the first bottle prescribed only the tech did in the office and it was almost empty when I took it out of the box at my house and opened it. She was unwilling to allow the office to take any means of responsibility or hold staff accountable . She shifted blame and automatically pointed fault at the customer. I stated if this was not handled with consideration and fairness I would no longer bring my dog there . She was satisfied with loosing a patient over 40$ ear drops . She also was aware there was not enough drops for my dogs ear infection due to the tech mishandling them . That alone proves who is behind this business a cold and dismissive heart does not belong in this business ! Shane, the office manager, was wonderful--kind, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Magee at this practice is wonderful as well ! However, Dr. Alina Tsavera was nothing short of a nightmare !
