Well it's more of the old school type of mall with a single strip going down a straight line with various biz mostly foodies type are found here but you'll read it's the parking and yes I agree as many of us would rather find the one that's closest to the biz of your choice it's seriously the luck of the moment. Though parking at the very next lane is no different really from the first as it's just a few steps but what really gets me is that it seems like the sun just beams straight down to this area as it's blazing hot which is why it's not my favor spot the does have a slight shade from the building itself but everyone else bakes if you're here for a long period of time. We came for some tea and talked but didn't stay very long and the bathroom situation is pretty much non existent as well. Thanks!

Parking is free and there are bathrooms, but they will only give the code to paying customers. My only issue is sometimes the parking and the exit get clogged from the stop lights. Other than that, it's a great place to get groceries, crack seed snacks and a quick bite to eat. As Chili's is the dominant restaurant on the shopping center side, En Fuego and Julie'z Filipino Food are the most notable on the Marketplace side. You have Kapolei Family Medical center and Diagnostic Labs located here. There is also a credit union, food eateries, smoke shop and Fun Factory for the kids to enjoy. A must try is Ono Steak and Shrimp. They are a steak and shrimp place BUT their garlic shrimp is so good! Them sauce is a bit thicker and full of flavor. Another staple would be Koa Pancake house. No explanation needed for this place! A little more shops and this side may be as bustling as its neighbor center. Kapolei continues to grow and I can't wait to see what new shops will join this growing area.

This is the shopping center located on Fort Weaver/Geiger Road intersection. It is on the West…read moreside of Fort Weaver. There is an entrance/exit on Fort Weaver, and one on Geiger Road. This is the shopping center with notable names such as Genki Sushi, Foodland, Longs. The Foodland Gas Station is located here as well. 91-1401 Fort Weaver Road is the address. I know this because there are two Longs' on Fort Weaver Road, so when you need to fill your prescription, you need to distinguish which Longs you want it to go to. There is a shared parking lot for all of the stores on this strip mall. During busy hours, the lot really fills up around Foodland side. During dinner time, the lot fills up near the restaurants. (Duh! I realize I'm being "Captain Obvious" after having typed that out.) If you want to just park and don't care how much you have to walk, and not have to stress about circling the lot looking for parking, just park by Longs side of the mall. That's my go-to spot to park. This mall is super convenient due to its location and the fact they have Longs and Foodland here (two of the stores I frequent very regularly). You can often "kill two birds with one stone", shop at the two locations with one stop. Be careful here if you have a lowered/dropped car. There are speedbumps on the Longs/Foodland side of the mall. If you need to avoid them, stay on the Genki side of the parking lot. During the busy times, there are lots of cars and lots of traffic in this mall. Due to the size of the lot and the amount of cars, it can be a little heartrate-rising when you enter the lot to look for parking and when you're trying to leave. The layout makes the flow kind of slow with people pulling in and out of stalls, and when you're in the middle part of the lot having to get to one of the main thoroughfares to get to the exit, you just have to hope someone's nice enough to let you in.

I had no clue where their center stage was. I checked online and the map/directory didn't have the information either. For future reference, this specific event was held near the Mililani Barber Shop. The person in the "Cotton the Bunny" suit must've been suffering in there because the bunny hardly moved from the chair, barely turned its head and couldn't be bothered to interact with people, let alone wave hello or goodbye. We lined up for their Easter egg hunt which was divided via age groups. We followed the leader to another area of the shopping center and were instructed to visit each shop that had a specific symbol displayed in the storefront. Many businesses were generally too busy with regular, paying customers to be bothered by the event goers (which is understandable). However, we visited a salon that went all out and placed eggs all over their establishment. (If I'm not mistaken, I believe it was LUXE Salon). They set time limits and had a set number of kids enter for each "session." So awesome! There was a very long line for the pony ride and we were cut off when we were almost to the front of the line. How disappointing, but no bother! The petting zoo had bunnies, chickens, goats and even a pig! Also, there was an area where kids could go into the fenced section to pet the chickens. All in all a great time! Highly recommend this event!

As many of the biz found here are loved by locals where you're able to grocery shop at Times while grabbing some snacks at Aloha Creamery and Ice Garden or to quench your thirst at Starbucks while taking care of the munchies at McDonald's, L&L, Aiea Pancake House, Makoto Sushi and so much more not to mention Aiea Bowl that we all love and have been to for eats and play it's also home to so many various services as well this multi level complex brings us here for many reasons and with lots of free parking getting it done is a breeze. It does sit on a very busy intersection for access which can get frustrating when you're heading to a specific direction but know that this is the spot to eat, shop and get things done. Thank you!

So I had to cancel whatever was going to do because I couldn't get to the lower floor. There should be a sign indicating that the elevator doesn't work I spent over 20 minutes waiting for the elevator. Mahalo.

My bestie lived in Ewa Beach which I've frequented for over twenty years and driving down you see several little shopping centers but nothing like Laulani Village Shopping Center. I remember when it started to break ground seeing "Safeway coming soon" sign and was definitely excited for the community and my bestie for more options though I was just clueless of what other plans they really had for this area. Adulting along with distance I wasn't around for the final unveiling and really had no idea until a visit with my bestie one day as she was my New Years resolution..."to put our happiness first and see her more" and we had our pedi here, can't remember the place but clearly remember the fun and smiles we had following with Starbucks of course...oh how I miss those days. She's now my angel but I do visit here when I can as there so much to do, shop and get things done the most recent was for her celebration of life and as I created a collage in honor of her life we need a place to get it printed...Yelped a bunch of places but it was 8pm and nothing was available so I drove in Laulani to rethink and...POOF! Walgreens!!! Staff there was amazing and we got it done in minutes and saved our day, so much memories and great wonderful business here including City Mill, Jolene's, Ross and many many services as well. Low on gas Safeway Fuel Station is a must as you get a discount for paying in cash many times no different from Costco. Thank you for the memories and happy moments!

Today I went to Safeway, Jolene's and Ahi & Vegetable. I liked all three locations better than the ones in town. It wasn't as crowded and I liked the open space. I also saw T-Moblie, Ross, Walgreens, City Mill and American Savings Bank in the shopping center.

Not the only shopping place in the area Waimalu Plaza sits on a busy corner of Moanalua Road and Kaahumanu Street but don't let this hidden place fool you as it's filled with great local small biz including a full Safeway. Would you expect to find City Mill along side Pink Box and The Face Shop or Hakuyosha, Red Wing Shoes, N&J Nails, Pet Clinic or Pacific Diamond...I honestly didn't think so lol! Sikdorak III, Subway, Jamba, Pho, Pancakes & Waffles and even Paesano is something that got me hungry though I really came here to chill at their Starbucks as this location is a great place to do so as it's spacious with lots of seating. Lots of various parking areas including the ones right beside Starbucks does make it an easy place to swing by and to get a long of shopping or just errands done. Thank you!

My usual spot is Kabuki's Restaurant, and I like the okazu-ya. Also Chun Wah Kam for their baked manapua, and pork hash. So happy these businesses survived the pandemic phase.
