Best birthday party ever. Thank you Westgate Lanes for being so accommodating. All my guests arrived on time so no issues with bowling
    Natasha J.

I would recommend to families of young children for basic bowling parties. We all had so much fun and the staff were genuinely nice. The price at the end of the night was fair and reasonable. Party of 18 and each child got a game card and they loved it. Thank you for making my sons birthday amazing!!!

For about $20, you get unlimited play, which is a great deal considering the huge selection of games from the 80s, 90s, and even early 2000s. A few machines were out of order, likely from heavy use, but there's more than enough working to keep you entertained. The vibe is relaxed and perfect for killing a couple of hours reliving old-school gaming. They also have party rooms in the back with VR setups, PlayStation, and Xbox, which adds a nice modern twist. I used to love this place, but unfortunately it's turned into nothing more than a money grab…read more The bathrooms are consistently filthy, and the staff act like they don't even want to be there. Today really sealed it for me. We came to celebrate my son's 10th birthday, and when we arrived, the internet was down so it was cash only--but there was no sign on the outside door. You don't find out until after you walk in, which already starts the experience off wrong. The manager working tonight (glasses, thinning blonde/gray hair) was incredibly rude and condescending. Zero customer service skills and no empathy whatsoever. He didn't seem to care that multiple machines were broken or malfunctioning: * Air hockey had no airflow and didn't keep score * Connect Four Hoops (red side) was playing by itself * Motorcycle games charged but wouldn't start * Basketball games were missing balls * Several other machines weren't working properly Instead of addressing any of this, he was selectively handing out game cards to other customers while repeatedly ignoring my son--the birthday boy--and our family. While we were waiting for food, he came over and asked whose birthday it was, as if I hadn't already told him earlier. Then he made a sarcastic comment saying, "clearly from the sign on the door." Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There are way too many better options out there to spend this kind of money and be treated this way. I won't be coming back. 0/10 experience.

She was terrible forgot order, left menus, brought over app. Plates when didn't get apps. Took glasses and didn't ask if we wanted more drinks, made us wait 20 mins for the bill and just over all not friendly. Then the food was awful just awful. Granddaughter got dogs in pretzel. They were charcoal inside ,grandson my chicken fingers were tiny 4 small tenders with the bottom of the fries maybe a handful. My husband's food in a giant bowl with a small ass portion of pasta. Just over gross. But it was a late lunch for us so we worked through it Lastly we spent a mini fortune on tickets like serious mini fortune and barley got tickets which is fine but when we went to turn them in there was not much to change In for. Like it all started at 100 tickets. Come on I have 2 kids with me and they couldn't exchange for much a lollipop that was 105 tickets really? What is it 25 cents. I know this sounds ridiculous but if I didn't just drop 200 plus dollars there I wouldn't be so mad. I will not return to your establishment and think that this was just highway robbery. It's unfortunate the experience as a whole was just anything but worth what I payed. Also the guy cleaning the table was spraying 5he tables on stream and it was spraying all over people and he wiped the food off the table onto the chairs. Just yuck. Toilets durty and it wasnt tgat busy apon arrival. No excuse.

When we arrived, there was already a line but we were able to get in for the first round of golf. Like others have said, it's pretty small in there but Lots of things to look at and the monsters were pretty cool looking but not in a super scary way. Each of the holes had different levels of difficulty but overall pretty easy. The arcade was very tiny, but had some fun games for the Littles. None of them were broken like other reviews have said. They games do not accept quarters you have to buy a card. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had tons of patience especially the person working the token redemption/prize area. By the time we left, the place was pretty packed so it's probably a good idea to get there right when they open. Playing one round of golf plus $10 in video games lasted about an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the private lot. There is a small table out front.

If over three hours in target were an ant hill, urban air would be Mount Everest. I reached the peak of exhaustion and overstimulation. It's difficult for me to recount the details of my past. I'm sad to say I have dedicated a small portion of my life to a warehouse, no matter if it was full of electrical gadgets and gizmos. Lights and toddlers were constantly whirling across the arcade and bouncing areas. I must admit the dip n dots vending machine was a highlight. Additionally, I frequently lost my footing due to the masses of youth who altered my reality. I had never felt so lost. However! In a thrilling turn of events, my excruciating troubles were temporary. Urban air has cleansed my internal aching. I am purified. Everything, in comparison to my urban air past, has gained beauty. I have been rejuvenated. I believe everyone deserves to rejoice in the journey that is urban air.

It's well organized and there is a small area and a large area right by the entrance, flanking the ticket redemption area, the drink counter, and the employee desk. Great location for it. There's two flatscreen TVs in the large area and one flatscreen TV in the small one. Ability to turn off/on lights. We were able to fit high 20's number of kids in the small party area. Service and coordination was particularly great. Megan was our lead person, and she provided excellent concierge service. We were frankly surprised how great she was and attentive. We just assumed we'd be in for some chaos but nope, guided us, paced us, and was very attentive. You bring your own drinks and cake, and they have pizza baked in house. The pizza is really good. Wow. Move over boring kid birthday pizza. They take the cake back for you and cut it up and serve it. They clean up. They help with pizza distribution. They wheel in and out the carts with gifts (and coats this time of year) into and out of the party area. So if you want to stay around longer after the party area reservation, you're welcome to and they've got multiple carts to keep your things. The distribution of some of the credits on cards before and after was great. And the A or B on the cards of the kids to divide up the laser tag was great. And our kid got to do both times since it was their birthday. The area and place/setting is fun. Lots of different types of games. Everything was working -- a rarity for an arcade. There's better or worse use of credits, of course, as there is everywhere. I loved the variety though. There were electronic games, claw games, multiplayer games, violent and non-violent, physical sport/skill games (basketball shooting, ski ball, drop ball), and both ticket earning and non-ticket earning games. The redemption area has a large variety of choices and they're displayed well to enable kids to make choices without long queues. The laser tag area is surprisingly large and very fun for the kids. It's gotta be 2-3x larger than the rest of the arcade. The price here was great. Lots of folks will seek outer suburbs of Boston for good prices but all in this was a steal compared to some other options. And the other families loved it. Kids were raving about it through the school week, and multiple people said they're going to bring their families back here again soon and many for birthday parties.

It's rectangular and super thick and i didn't think much of it until my son wolfed down two slices so fast i was not believing. so I had one. and i tried another weird pie called CBLT or something and it looked scary drizzled with ranch but crazy good! I think im just going to make excuses to come here again to try the pizza...the arcade games are definitely not really for little kids but pretty fun for older kids and grownups but it's nice that even if you have teensy kid points you can still get decent toy prizes and candy.
