The tip I gave the installation crew covered half of the charges I was never informed of until completion of the project. Make sure before you tip the next person for appreciation of a job well done, you're not already getting charged for. I guess being a nice guy doesn't always work in your favor! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I give a negative 10 star rating

The big man working the desk didn't even charge me!!!
