I will say depending on who your caregiver is makes a difference in the ER here…read more I did not care for the professionalism of my sonographer (ultrasound tech). Rude comments like "wait til I leave them room because I don't want to see all of that". However, P.A. Sandy has the most incredible bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. The ER is always crowded but they really do try their best to make sure you're somewhat comfortable, offering warm blankets and checking in on you and even popping in to give feedback on wait times and labs.

TW- blood and injuries…read more Negligent care led to my father's fall and head injury, if I could give negative five stars, I would. We brought my father to Cedar Park Regional Medical Center in early October 2025 for severe dizziness and ear pain (he was later diagnosed with a severe brain abscess in February 2026). He could barely stand without falling. After check-in, he was left alone on a hard bed for over five hours with no food, water, or nurse check-ins. A nurse named Morgan did not put up the bed rails. While sleeping, my father rolled off the bed and hit his head hard on the tile floor. He had a visible bump, a bloody nose that appeared shifted to the left, and blood on his pants and the floor. When we called for help, Morgan gave us attitude and offered only a wet paper towel. She did not provide any pain medication, not even ibuprofen or Tylenol. My mom had to do most of the cleanup. They eventually took him for a CT scan and said nothing was wrong. Hours later, the doctor came in, said "you're really sick," and referred us to an ENT. No apology, no acknowledgment that their staff's failure to provide basic safety precautions caused the fall. When we were ready to leave, my father could not walk on his own. We asked for a wheelchair, but they denied it. " If he can't walk out of here by himself then he needs to stay" they said with so much attitude. My mom and I had to physically carry him out of the hospital ourselves. This place is dangerous for anyone who can't fully care for themselves. My father was more injured after leaving than when he arrived. If I could give this place negative five stars, I absolutely would. Please take your family elsewhere. I recommend round rock medical center which is where he got the proper care that he needed after he fell another time in February, hit his head and ended up having multiple seizures. Which then led to him getting multiple brain surgeries and traumatizing our family for life. He is luckily okay now which is a MIRACLE in itself. We talked to a multitude of doctors at the actual hospital where he got his treatment and they said that this place is not a good place and that they had worked here before and that they neglect their patients. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! ( I would include more photos, but they are pretty graphic. Cedar park regional medical center is a horrible place)

At this point, I've had to escalate my concerns through state and federal complaint channels…read more I received excellent lupus care at the Georgetown office for years - Jordan is an outstanding provider, and the staff there has always treated me with care and dignity. Unfortunately this does not extend to the Round Rock location, where the rheumatology department has been transferred. Two visits to this office have jeopardized my entire treatment plan. First, they gave me another patient's private paperwork. Then, at my most recent appointment, I was only told after my vitals were taken that the visit would be conducted via telehealth. I had been told I'd be seeing a different PA since Jordan is out, but the provider I was scheduled with -- Jennifer Priestley -- I learned in the after care notes is actually an NP. Jennifer ignored the new symptoms I reported, and after I clearly requested FMLA documentation, she offered to go over the prior month's lab results and said that if I wanted to pursue FMLA, a PT would need to be involved (which isn't strictly true). When I became tearful at this, Jennifer asked if I was "seeing a therapist." I immediately walked out of the appointment because I didn't feel safe with her as a provider. After I left the appointment, Jennifer submitted a behavioral health referral. The medical notes I'm able to download inaccurately state that I consented to telehealth, that I "understood and agreed" to a treatment plan that doesn't exist, and that I consented to a therapy referral that was never discussed. They also claim the appointment lasted more than twice as long as it did, while omitting my new symptoms and my FMLA request. These inaccuracies were signed off by Dr. Pegram, making them part of my permanent medical record. My messages asking for clarification are being ignored and I'm now being treated as hostile simply for trying to protect my care. I'm being shut out of a medical practice I trusted, and I'm losing access to treatment for a life-altering disease - because I asked for help while my regular provider was out. Conversations with APC leadership are just as concerning. In discussing this issue with Jody Green, she said that I shouldn't have been scheduled with Jennifer because she doesn't have the same experience Jordan and Nicki have as PAs. The very next day, Jody told me that Nicki is a nurse. When it comes to my medical records, Jody said she sees my FMLA request on their end as well as some additional notes about my symptoms that are not true. When I asked for a copy of my full medical records, including this additional information, Jody said she would need to speak to APC's attorney before she would know if she could. I have yet to hear back from that conversation, as well as from the email I sent to her directly requesting my full medical records in writing, or from the other two emails I sent to the inbox address listed by her photo on the website. I also have 5 portal messages that are all unanswered (despite everyone I speak to saying they can see them). The negative reviews being dismissed on Google are an extension of the poor treatment patients receive at this location. Asking for a phone number publicly is not a real response - patients can't reply to these comments, and no one should be expected to post personal contact information online. It would take very little effort for APC staff to look up patients and reach out directly, or simply respond to portal messages. Patients with complex health conditions deserve safety, medical accuracy, and dignity. Instead, I've been left misrepresented in my records, denied proper care, and placed in a situation where my lupus treatment has ended. This has been one of the most distressing healthcare experiences of my life, and I urge other patients with chronic illnesses to avoid APC.

Dr. Jenny and her assistants were gentle, reassuring, and very thorough. It honestly felt like my daughter was the only patient being cared for. By the end of the visit she was loving all of the attention and didn't want to leave It was nice to be in an office where the staff interacted with my daughter, but they also focused on the importance of speaking to me directly and making sure I understood and was comfortable. Genius! I was able to relax which allowed me to help my daughter understand, participate, and cope. All of our options were explained in detail and I left feeling comfortable and confident about my 2 year old daughter's situation, and was able to make an informed decision. This was our first visit which was for an unfortunate tooth injury, but Dr. Jenny and her staff made the search for the perfect pediatric dentist for routine care a no-brainer! They have since refused to reimburse me for uber costs after a failed attempt to extort money from me. Please read below: Edit: they are lairs. Do not trust them!!!! Said the called the insurance in the morning. They never called!!!! 4 days without food and two cleanses for a ignorant lair to lie about coverage. They called on January 13th and that's all. Everything is covered. If you can't trust them to be honest with billing or making a truthful statement about taking action, do not trust them with your health!!! My insurance covers a colonoscopy at 100% and will be educating this provider and asked me to write a written statement about them lying while I was trying to obtain medical care and lying about contacting them again. Apparently they (insurance) are more concerned about lairs than this practice, especially when all they had to do was do what they said they would after being told by the insurance there was an issue. I've noticed a trend with Google reviews so everyone needs to document to get this doctor and it's surgery facility out of network Went in after my insurance said a colonoscopy was 100% covered. Front desk tried to charge me $400. I called insurance they spoke to the front office and confirmed it. Because I said cancel it if there is a $400 bill, they said they couldn't see me after 5 minutes to get my insurance on the phone. Keep in mind I had to prep twice this week, twice, because they decided to call an hour before the first appointment to say the closed and the first prep nurse didn't prep me correctly nor did the suggest a insurance covered medication for my prep but told me to buy over the counter meds that would have been more painful. Seems like from the reviews there is an issue with the billing department. Even my insurance said they should have just billed me later since insurance covers the procedure 100% which doesn't apply to the $400 copay. They then try to charge me $690 all together. Oh and the second floor was also shocked at the refusal to honor the scheduled appointment pet billing. Billing shouldn't be involved in appointments. Avoid this doctor and center at all costs.
