A GREAT start so far. Recently, I received a bill from them however it looked like I was double charged, so naturally I wanted some further clarification before I made my payment. I called the number on the invoice and had to leave a voice message for "Michelle." After 4 days of no follow-up, I called again and left another voice message for the same person. Needless to say I did not receive a call back and I ended up calling them 6x with ample time between messages. I then resorted to using their chat / text message feature which after 5 days of no response I sent an email to the contact on their website (dmendoza@sleepdx.com). To no surprise I didn't never got a response back. Also, the voicemail for "Michelle" eventually came back as the box being full and unable to leave a message so its pretty obvious that the messages aren't being checked. I did get an automated phone call asking them for my make me to make a payment and had an option to speak with someone. However, instead of sending me to an actual person to speak with they sent me a special promotion recording about filling a survey. When I refused to participate it hung up on me. In all honesty the lack of customer service is disgusting, disrespectful, and an embarrassment for owner/operator of this facility. This place is joke, they won't pick up the phone, return phone calls, emails, or even to their chat-text feature as advertised on their website. However, they are very quick to mail, e-mail, and call you about paying your balance. I'll be reaching out to their President/CEO shortly along with my insurance carrier. If I can give them negative stars I would. Hopefully if you have a choice to pick where you wanna go for a sleep study, don't go here. NOTE TO THE BUSINESS OWNER: From the previous reviews that you've responded to on Yelp, you are just copying and pasting a template and offering no assistance. I don't need you to respond with "Many patients appreciate our telemed service to eliminate their commute with gas prices these day" OR "We have taken your feedback to heart and we have increased our staffing to answer calls and respond to messages" OR "Recent surveys indicate that 94% of patients are satisfied with our improved services." What I need from you is to respond to directly my email with an answer to my billing question. To be blunt I don't care what processes you've put in place cause its obviously not working nor do I care to hear about your reason why.

This momma was TIRED and needed time to get things done...or enjoy some time on the couch. I called Sleep Sisters and spoke with Melissa, I'm sure she heard desperation in my voice. It was my last resort (I'd read a few sleep books already), and she was so nice and helpful! She explained the science behind sleep and went over our current sleep schedule and routine. Melissa gave me a plan, complete with exact times and gave me some options as far as soothing my daughter. I loved that she left this part up to me to decide. She also helped me with starting to wean her, which I thought would be impossible. Turns out, it was pretty easy after all. Within a week, my baby started sleeping 12 hours a night (knock on wood) and will go down for naps with very brief crying. Sure, there are days that she will not nap - but she's still in her crib playing quietly. That NEVER happened before. I hope that in the next week, we will get her naps on par with our nights. But in the meantime? I'll enjoy it! Thank you so much Melissa. You saved me, seriously. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever consider a second child. There's now a glimmer of hope.

But tldr, it was a very…read moreexpensive service (pricier than other offices) for the basic treatment and to be treated poorly post-operation. First, there's a consultation which was only ~30 minutes talking to the surgeon about the plan and examining X-rays. $150 out of pocket (with insurance). Dr Tsang was good at explaining and provided different options, but be prepared with questions otherwise you won't be able to talk to him till surgery day. Very easy to schedule procedure. Had openings available less than a week out. Does that mean slow business? Other places are booked a month out. Anyways, the staff and surgeon were pretty efficient and friendly. Was fully awake and conscious during the procedure and there were a few things that threw me off during the procedure like hearing the surgeon say, "don't use that tool it's bent and messed up. Let's throw it away". After he uses it on me... And "not sure which screw to use, we'll see after we drill the hole". procedure was only 20-30 min. And generally painless bc of the numbing + local anesthesia. However once procedure was done, quality of service goes downhill. I take an x-ray, sit back at chair and the assistant provides minimal information on getting medication and gives me extra gauze. Then escorts me to the exit quickly. It felt like they wanted me out ASAP. Also, was not given an ice pack! (Which is crucial to reduce swelling. When talking to other friends, they thought it was weird how I didn't receive one). So pack an ice pack for yourself before your procedure! They also failed to mention of how to take care of myself post procedure. Just a half page information sheet and they called that "good enough". They should've gone over it with me!! Once I go to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, they inform me that they don't have my insurance (which the doctor usually includes). So this was an additional hassle. And the day after I have my procedure, my neck and face were completely swollen. It feels like my neck got infected and I called the office during the working hours to ask about it. The receptionist answered, but informed the surgeons were busy and would call back with an answer. Never got this call back and I called a few times after too. What if it's a serious issue? They don't seem to care.

They don't make you feel rushed or like you are taking too much of their time to answer questions and provide you with plenty of detail. I scheduled my first visit with Dr. Coffey to discuss putting in a dental implant and what to do about the tooth behind it that had a root extraction years ago and the crown came off. During my first visit, the back office staff was friendly and efficient. After doing the 3D scan, they brought me go to Dr. Coffey's office and put the imaging up on the large screen behind her desk to discuss treatment options. She came in and went over the imaging in detail. She also noted that on the opposite side of my mouth I had a tooth that shows extensive bone loss and needed addressing right away. When I had my last tooth extracted on the left side in February, the previous oral surgeon didn't look at the 3D scan with this kind of detail. I am certain the bone loss was present then. We decided she would do the implant on the lower left molar, root extraction of the one remaining root behind it, and tooth extraction on the opposite side of my mouth on the bottom with bone grafting. She was going to use my own blood for the bone grafting. Today I went for my procedure. I get very scared going in and usually have a high pulse rate. I don't like the block they use to hold your mouth open, which makes me feel like I can't swallow. I am not afraid of pain, needles, the numbness, etc. I was put in the room by Andrea, who immediately made me feel comfortable. She is warm, kind, gentle, caring, and makes you feel relaxed. My heart rate slowed, we laughed a little, talked about our dogs, and she listened to my phobia. She told me they could put a smaller bite block. That was so reassuring. After Andrea got me all set up, Dr. Coffey came in. She is equally nice. This surgeon is beyond skilled and very understanding. I didn't feel a thing when they inserted the IV (I opted to be put to sleep for the procedure), told me she was giving me a little something to make me relax, and soon after the anesthesia. I don't know when the bite block was put in, but it was like I never had it. When the procedure was over, I came to and it wasn't like the past times where I was put out. I didn't have that fog, was able to walk well, and remembered everything they were saying. I went home and felt pretty good overall, other than still being very numb, which I would expect. Dr. Coffey and Andrea are truly wonderful and anyone who comes into contact with them is lucky. We need more people like this in the dental/oral surgery profession. This is the only place I will go for all future oral surgery care. Thank you to everyone in this office for your hard work and great service.

(Thanks again for taking time out of the holiday weekend just to talk to me!) I was desperate on the evening of July 3rd with my four month old baby going through sleep regression. I found Caroline through Yelp by searching for baby sleep consultants. I scheduled a free consulting call for the next morning through her site. Unfortunately, our timing didn't work out so I didn't end up using her as my sleep consultant - but she was so warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about my situation. We talked for a good 15-20 minutes and she gave me some insights/tips at absolutely no charge.! You kickstarted my sleep training process and I am so much better now.

We used Caroline from the day we brought my daughter home from the hospital till she was around…read morefour months and derived so incredibly much value from that. I am a first-time mom, a former techie, older (42!) and single. Part of what I'm trying to communicate through that sentence is that I had extremely little experience caring for babies. What's more, I didn't really even know what I didn't know. That is, until I got to the hospital and had an emergency C-section for my two-weeks-past-due-date baby. The awesome part about getting a C-section is that you get four nights in the hospital. The best part about that is the team of nurses who are there to help you breast-feed your baby, soothe her, diaper her, swaddle her. Typically babies who are full-term, sleep pretty heavily the first couple of days. This can lull new parents into a false sense of security - "we got this!" Only to have the baby become fussy shortly after leaving the hospital (which is perfectly normal of course but part of what makes new parenting stressful)! Another benefit of C-sections is that you get to witness your baby after they've gone through this stage and are their fussy, wonderful selves! Newborn babies by and large fuss for at least an hour a day regardless of whether you are doing everything perfectly. Some babies fuss much more. Anyway, I had my daughter via emergency C-section on in early January 2016. On about day three or day four in the hospital, my daughter was fussing and fussing and nothing I was doing would soothe her. It was around then that I realized how little I knew about what I was doing. That's when I first reached out to Caroline who was - to my great good fortune - available. I hired her immediately, on the spot, after a brief phone conversation from my hospital bed. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Caroline is an expert in caring for newborns and brings a warm, soothing approach not only to your baby but to someone equally deserving of and needing such care and that is you. Because we had Caroline on our team, the first few months of my babies life or wonderful and incredible and emotional. They were not a nightmare, stressful or very anxiety-producing at all. Of course there were moments but far fewer of them and many more moments of joy because I had Caroline on my team. If you're thinking even a little bit of hiring her, do it. It will be one of the best things you've done for yourself and your new baby - providing support as you get to know one another.

Even more impressive, the timing of the anesthesia is perfect--it takes effect exactly when needed and wears off just as the procedure ends. I was lucky to have my dental implants done by her, and the entire process was smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly stress-free. What truly sets Dr. Tsai apart is her commitment to patient education. Whether I'm there for a routine cleaning or something more involved, she always takes the time to explain my dental condition in detail. I finally got angry with the situation and realized that I needed some help. Not knowing anything about hypnotherapy, I decided to give it a try and found Paz on Yelp. I was attracted to her offer of a "30-day fix" because I didn't want ongoing therapy for years and years with no end in sight. Within one hour (seriously), she was able to get to the root of the problem - the moment when the first "domino" fell and led me down the path to self-doubt and insecurity. After the initial session, Paz had me listen to a custom-made audio recording every morning after waking and every night before going to sleep. 30 days later, I was in a completely different headspace. Hypnosis wasn't what I thought it was based on tv and the movies, it's far more subtle....but it worked. I was able to deliver the speech. And while I was a little apprehensive, there were no feelings of dread or nausea. My voice held steady, I could breathe easily, and I could deliver the message. I consider myself a fairly cynical person so the very idea that, after a lifetime of dread and terror of public speaking, I could calmly deliver a speech was simply unreal. Paz delivered as promised and I will be eternally grateful. I truly feel as though a door has been opened and my true self was able to walk through and be free. I wish I'd found her years ago.

The best way I can describe the experience for me, was a very powerful guided meditation. She took me down a deep subconscious path, which unlocked the source of my OCD and germophobia that had plagued me for years. After several sessions and using her recorded reinforcement tapes, I am proud to say that say that these issues no longer quietly control me. It's been 5 months since my first session, and I have not digressed. Paz has a good soul, understands people, and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering hypnotherapy. Mike

Our four-month-old son had slept only in a Snoo when we called Olive. Even so, he was waking twice a night and we were two weeks out from a monthlong vacation that would put him (a) in a travel crib (b) in a new house (c) after a 12-hour flight itinerary. We understood sleep training, but we weren't managing well the weaning, the middle-of-the-night-microdecisions, and the daytime nap rhythms. We were...not in a great spot. Olive solved it. I e-mailed her at 5:58 a.m. (if you're reading this, you understand) to ask for an intro call. She responded three hours later, and we were on the phone by 10:30. The next day, I had a 26-page personalized report in my inbox, explaining our son's sleep needs, Olive's understanding of his sleep performance to date, a suggested feeding and nap schedule, weaning tactics, and more. Things were looking up. A week and a hundred responded-to texts later, our son slept through the night. Not a "he-strung-seven-hours-together-so-let's count-it" kind of night. A "down-at-7-and-up-at-6" kind of night. We stopped googling sleep tips and leaned into Olive's schedules. He hiccuped through vacation, but Olive stuck with us, sending texts and calling and sharing advice at all hours of the day and night. My parents were stunned when we set our son in his crib, walked away (at night or for naps), and watched the lights on the baby monitor fade within five or ten minutes. Throughout, Olive wouldn't let us pay her. "Let's make sure you're happy," she said. We are. I'm writing this review at 7:20 p.m. on a Tuesday night. Our son is asleep -- has been for twenty minutes. My wife and I are both back and work, and it's been more than a month since we woke in the middle of the night to feed or lull our son back to sleep. We have a piece of our life back. Thanks Olive.
