The farm features a corn maze that takes more than 20 seconds to get through, a small petting zoo where kids can feed goats and see a few other animals, and a hayride which takes you around the farm. There was a small fee for the hayride, but the corn maze was free, as was the petting zoo. You just had to donate $.50, I think (might have been less), for the pellets to feed the goats. The store sells seasonal fruits, veggies, bakery, and "gift shop" type items. I will come back again, but I'll try to leave an earlier weekend in October open in my calendar, for a better pumpkin selection. Although, we did find a small pumpkin in great condition that sufficed for this year.

Plenty of vendors selling a variety of goods. Spices, clothing, crafts, sundries, and lots and lots of food. Live entertainment on stages in front of the local bars along the street. Plenty of Farmer's market items, fresh produce, dairy, and homemade meat products. This event seems to keep getting bigger every year. Very well organized, and everyone is very kind and cooperative. Parking along the roadside, or closer parking on residential lawns for a minimal fee.

The tables are set up along the sidewalks right now, but I wonder if it will spill over into the green space around the gazebo if more vendors start taking part in the market. Today I just saw seven and they all had different offerings. The few I dealt with were cash only. Others may have card readers. I didn't ask because I didn't need anything from them. There is parking available on Franklin street, but if the spaces are full it looks like parking is available along Swiss Street. Alternatively, if it ever gains in popularity, there is definitely parking across from Wegner's Inn on St. Martins. I am a big fan of the change. The fair used to be held on the first Monday of every summer month from 6am through noon. I use the term fair loosely because it was just a few people spread out so far from each other. Definitely not what it was 15 years ago. I understand the tradition of a morning farmers market/fair, but it was so inconvenient. Now, since it is every Monday and goes until 7, I can still take part if I have to work late. It's like someone actually listened to my complaining :) There were Port-o-Johns and a wash station set up. I thought that was a nice touch in case anyone were to need a restroom. Please stop in and take advantage of this new market if you are in the area. I want it to succeed and not be reduced to just the Labor Day weekend flea-market style fair. (However, I would still recommend this Kwik Trip over any other type of gas station like BP, Speedway, etc.) The bathrooms are pretty decent. They're not gross by any means, just not tidy. Each time I've stopped here, there are a few scraps of toilet paper on the ground and there is a lot of water splashed around by the sinks. My other issue with the store is the layout. The aisles are packed close together, so it's hard to maneuver if there are multiple people in an aisle. If you use a wheelchair or have a stroller, it's going to be extremely difficult to browse. Because the store itself is so cramped, the checkout lines can extend back into the aisles when this location is busy. As far as food goes, the donuts are incredible! The classic Glazers are my favorite, but their old fashioned donuts, chocolate cake donuts, and blueberry donuts are also delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well, and sometimes when you pump gas a coupon will print out to save some money inside on things like hot food, donuts, and pizzas. If you're going to stop inside at this Kwik Trip, I'd recommend knowing what you want to buy ahead of time. Browsing is pretty inconvenient, so I'd save yourself the trouble. The gas prices here are good. It's normally a few cents cheaper here per gallon than other gas stations. The pumps themselves are easy to use, and there are enough of them that there usually isn't any issue finding a spot to fill up.

I have nearly thrown up at the sight of some bathrooms before, but Kwik Trip is spotless. Things I don't like: -Their hot food. Most of it tastes just fine, but I cannot imagine eating anything less healthy. I know most people coming through aren't thinking about nutrition and are simply looking for a quick bite to tide them over, but it would be nice to have a few more healthful options. This store in particular is brand new, sparkly clean and well staffed. They have a nice car wash on site and it is in a location bereft of other options. There you have it, the first (And probably the only. Ever) gas station testimonial. You might call it a magnum opus, an ode to the petroleum industry. Probably not though. That would be dumb.

I first drove to the GNC that was near MillerPark Way and they were shutdown because of online…read moreissues (frustration because I drove 30 mins out of my way), I ended up driving down to this location in New Berlin to buy my cousin her birthday gift card (called ahead). She loves shopping at GNC and doesn't go anywhere else to get her protein and health fix. When I came to this location the younger cashier was SO nice (I wish I remembered his name!) helped sign me up for their rewards program so I could earn points for that transaction and future ones. It was a small/medium store but they had so many items to choose from! The gift card transaction was so easy to complete and because of his friendly and attentive customer service on the phone and in person I'll definitely be back to check out more products and get a few for myself.
