Not all the areas were bad, but we decided to replace all the flooring to avoid the possibility of mold forming. After remediation was done to dry the walls, we coordinated with Alex to pick out the floors. Communication throughout was great and pricing was more than reaaonable. This install was exceptional. Our quote included moving furniture, removing baseboards and flooring and replacing with new, and hauling the removed flooring to the dump. They took their time to make it right, but they worked quickly and even navaigated through some rain that came through. We had an area in our kitchen where the concrete subfloor was raised, and instead of installing the flooring over that area for a surprise broken board later, they showed us the problem and my husband grinded down that area flat. They came back the next day to finish the floors. I will always respect integrity and honesty in any company we hire! If you read reviews about floors cracking or having issues, it is very likely the subfloor had poor prep or a poor surface, so keep that in mind. I do not believe that Flooring King handles floor prep, so if you have a bad subfloor, and don't get it fixed prior to install, you will very likely run into problems as these are floating floors and are only as good as the surface they're laid on. We were very satisfied with the install, the installers, the pricing and Flooring King. They helped to make a stressful situation more manageable!

Needed pretty extensive drywall repair, priming and painting. Looks totally on point. Blends in perfectly w/ the other 1/2 of my living room wall. Needed to also add baseboards. Looks equally as great. Elevated the entire area. High quality craftsmanship, good communication flow, punctual and very clean. All at a very reasonable rate. Def. recommend!

They were referred to us by another vendor we used - Floor Removal Services who did an excellent job on removing our tiles. The owner of Cutting Edge Floors came out to give us a quote for the floor installation. We only needed pricing for labor since we already purchased our tiles and materials. The owner was prompt for his appointment and very professional. He came with his state license and insurance information. He measured the floors and said he would send us a proposal. He did so in a timely manner. The proposal was fair and with a clear start and finish date. The owner himself came to do the tile with his crew. They arrived on time, went straight to work. They were very respectful and professional the entire time. The floor to say the least looks amazing - the owner is meticulous! They did everything they said they would. They even referred us to other vendors who had great services. We have additional tile work in our home to be done and would not give it to anyone else... We put in a new laminate floor throughout our house and the installers did a great job with the quality of the install, but one of the lighter shade boards looked a little out of place given it was right under the front of the fridge. Clay made sure the installers came back to replace it to ensure the full project was done perfectly. Really happy with the end product and the price point was solid especially given the quality of the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

The showroom is beautiful and the multi-colored styled wood flooring allows you to get a first hand idea of how the wood will look on your floor as you step on them. He explained the structural differences between certain wood panels vs vinyl. He explained in simple terms various issues and concerns that I was contemplating. The RightWood premium durable floors are about $3.50 a square foot which includes the moisture padding. The installation is additional of course.
