Found them scrolling through Instagram and decided to give this center a try. I gained a few pounds during quarantine (who hasn't? LOL) and immediately made my appointment. I was assured I would lose at least 9 lbs. with the HCG diet- it sounded attractive/motivating. I scheduled the next available appointment and was seen within 30 minutes of arriving. The center was clean, spotless and impeccable- good sign already. The doctor who saw me was clear to understand, informational and transparent and answered all my doubts on the spot. I took home a 21-day treatment plan. 20 days in, I have lost a total of 8 lbs. It may not seem like a lot, but to someone who is 5'1, 8 lbs. may seem like double in person. Staff has been attentive, friendly, courteous while still remained professional. I have had to pick up some B12 shots here and there and they have been so kind to conveniently bring it to my car. I recommend this center to anyone who wants a little push in losing those few extra pounds. They do weekly check-up calls and follow your progress. I recently underwent a hair removal treatment that unfortunately didn't produce the desired results, despite the facility claiming to use the latest state-of-the-art laser technology. Rather than standing behind their treatments, they attempted to sell me additional sessions, which feels reminiscent of a pushy car salesman tactic. It's disappointing, especially when other clinics confidently offer guaranteed results with no hair regrowth. Moreover, I noticed that some staff members don't thoroughly cover the treated areas, which I believe contributes to the lack of effectiveness, further raising concerns about their practices. I asked for before and after pictures of treatments for other services and a staff member showed me. Then I asked a doctor in their facility again and he said they don't have such pictures for the treatment they were selling. So they are either out of sync or lying because the first pictures shown were mediocre. read more

I found a Groupon special and decided to try it out. This office is very clean & the staff very friendly. Nara is the technician who does the treatment and is wonderful! Very friendly & explains everything very thoroughly. I have seen a little result but not as much as I'd hoped for. I have three more visits and hope to see more results. read more

I love this place. It is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and they are doing a great job at following COVID regulations. I am currently in the process of going through laser removal on my face. The first treatment I have seen a drastic change in rate of hair growth I have. The second treatment even more less hair, with some new hairs not at all as the same as before treatment. I found this place on groupon and it was worth it. As a woman of color I was nervous about the laser not being able to remove my very coarse hairs but it was perfect. DO NOT USE WESTON HCG CENTER FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL!!! I've had laser treatments at far better facilities with superior results that are actually permanent, unlike this con shop which starts you at a ridiculously low dosage and never increases it with each session, as all REPUTABLE laser hair treatment centers are supposed to do if you have tolerated your previous sessions well (as I have). Even though I made the technicians and management aware that their treatments are not working and that I am still forced to shave weekly, my words have fallen on deaf ears and they refuse to increase the dosage even slightly. I believe this is all a ploy in order to force their patients to purchase more packages. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

Went there at first with a groupon laser hair removal, staff is nice and facilities are nice and clean regarding treatments... pay first for a groupon then extra sessions $1200 , hair grow back.. so did 3 more sessions , in total I guess was more than 10 sessions and hair grow back..after 2 months very disappointed. I went there because I needed to loose a few pounds and after 21 days of the HGC treatment I went 13 pounds down, I was very happy, but in the process of going there every week for control I paid for a face veins removal and they burned my face and my nose, that laser was too strong it left holes around my nose and I tried to get someone from there to check it out and no one did anything. The lady who did that proceed wasnt there every time I go there, always and excuse, I called and called and no one returned my calls, I even have Valentina's ( lady that works there) cell phone and I sent her messages and she never replied. I feel sorry because Dr. Leda she is very nice but the other staff they don't know what they are doing! I live in downtown Miami and I was driving almost one hour and a half to go there, I stopped going and never come back, I won't recommend this place to anyone. I had to go and see a dermatologist and she said that the laser they use in my face was tooooo strong and those holes are not going to go away, no peelings, no microdermabrasion, only laser again but now I'm afraid and I will have to pay again and it will cost a lot of money!! The last 4 visits they are running late and they blame it to customers coming late to their appointments. Appointments that are suppose to take few minutes are converted to an hour and a half because of the waiting. Receptionists can call to let people know they are late. The place was clean and the people were friendly, but my experience with my laser technician "Victoria" was not good at all. From the beginning she tried charging me as much as she possibly could (assuming she gets some commission on the sale), all I was getting done was by beard line and tape line (front and back) and she told me I HAD to pay for 2 Large areas (for reference, your entire back counts as a Large area, I was simply getting the outlines of my beard and neck). The next day when I called, the people in the front desk helped me out and gave me the right price for what I was doing. The worst part was that she was in an obvious rush during the treatment. Laser hurts, and I told her to please stop when I ask her to stop (because the pain builds up) and this woman would just get in an extra 2 to 3 quick zaps of the laser whenever I asked her to stop. I had to address this several times with her during the procedure and she would KEEP DOING IT. I'd say 9/10 times I asked her to stop she would zap me an extra 2 times at least until I literally looked her in the eyes and said "when I ask you to stop, please STOP" Rushed thru the entire thing, I would not go to Victoria if I were you. read more

Purchased a Groupon for 6 radio frequency treatments for a total of 93.00. Made an appointment last week for today at 5:40pm. I received an email confirmation last Wednesday and a text confirmation last Friday. Today at 4:00pm I received a phone call stating they don't perform that service after 3:00 pm. I made my appointment online...their website doesn't say anything about a time restriction, Groupon doesn't say anything about it and their two confirmations made no mention of it. I asked if they had any availability at all after 5:00 and was told they're not open after 5:00. Look at their hours, they're open until 7:30 tonight and I think tomorrow as well. I suspect they sold too many treatments, for too little, and they're now backpedaling. Thankfully, Groupon is issuing a refund. read more

IF YOU READ ONLY ONE REVIEW, PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, MAKE IT THIS ONE. I was standing right where you are now, just three weeks ago. I came to this site and skimmed the bad reviews. But I wanted to lose weight so badly that I refused to believe them. Instead I went into the center and listened to the people who worked there. They knew how desperate I was to lose weight and they took advantage of that. They promised me a thousand times that this diet was safe and that I after the first two days because of the HCG I wouldn't be hungry. My mother gave me the money for Christmas and I paid them 300 dollars. Not only was I ravenously hungry the entire time, but I almost passed out at work. I got dizzy and fell down. It was then that I found out that this diet is VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH. My doctor told me that the HCG along with the diet can cause a pulmonary embolism, and enlarged ovaries. I'm only thirty. I would like to have children. This could have taken that away from me, and maybe even worse. But here is the part that you really should know. When I went back after I saw my doctor and complained about the diet asking for my money back, the manager of the center, I believe her name is Marite, made the mistake of telling me that she didn't take the HCG when she needed to lose weight even though it would have been free for her. Instead she had the gastric sleeve put in surgically. Why? She said it was because she couldn't take HCG because it could cause medical complications. Imagine that. She had surgery rather than use HCG? Yet, when I signed up everyone at the center promised me that HCG was perfectly safe, there were no medical complications. Obviously, they were lying to me. The manager knew something she was not sharing with the public and she wasn't willing to risk her own health by taking HCG, but she was willing to put me at risk. PLEASE, HEED MY WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS DIET. These people don't care what happens to you, they only want your money. They lie to you constantly. When they are talking to you, they talk turn around and talk to each other in Spanish so you can't understand them. And then, when they get caught in a lie they try to lie their way out of it, and blame you and yell at you. This place is NO GOOD!!!!! Go to Weight Watchers and get on a healthy diet.
