I needed two things from the bakery department, it required a long wait for help because I needed to wait in line to have the guy at the register call for help (and then return to said line to pay). One item was delicious, one was really stale (tragic when it involves baked goods); I filled out the survey online with a few comments and the Asst Manager (Olimpia) responded the next day and credited my card (thank you!).

When I called the store, the person who answered the phone AND the store manager both immediately knew who I was, and why I was calling. No attempt to contact me was made, and no update on a new time of delivery, or reason for the delay. When I asked, they also immediately knew why it was delayed. The driver they contracted to make the delivery cancelled the order after allegedly showing up and accepting the items, then cancelling the order and returning the food to the store. I asked the manager if my food was now war, and out of refrigeration... to which he said everything had been re-refrigerated and allegedly the "driver" is on his way... but 2 hours and 10 minutes later... and counting... and how many people have handled my groceries? After they had to be checked and repacked? Will the milk be bad, ice cream melted, the bread crushed? I rushed home to be there for the delivery... The manager offered me $25. My time is worth way more than that. 0 out of 10. Strongly do not recommend shopping here. They knew what's going on, they just don't care about their customers.

They recently renovated, upgrading the charming farm stand to a full on rustic market. Fresh veggies, coffee station, frozen goods, jams, chocolate goodies and more. I usually come for the little walk around the farm to see what's growing, the u-pick flower garden, to swing on the swing set, and to see if any farm animals are around. There's a parking lot and picnic tables scattered around. Pricing is reasonable, u-pick is about $15, they used to charge by flower stem. They also host events and have activities for kids. The Assistant Store Manager Jose completely shattered my trust. In July, Assistant Manager Jose stepped in to address an incident I had with a cashier on store policy (after I had already connected with corporate about it). He vehemently apologized and even purchased me a bottle of wine as an apology. He reassured me that he would speak to the cashiers about it going forward. On Friday, he denied it all and implied it was a one time exception. What upset me most isn't the store policy - I understand and respect that. It was the dishonesty and lack of clear communication. Had management politely communicated in July that this was an exception instead of providing me with a gift and false sense of reassurance it would have drastically changed the circumstances. A manager should stand behind his word or at least address discrepancies with respect. Instead, he denied our conversation happened and he did it in front of staff members I've built relationships with over years. After 6 years of loyalty, I feel completely disrespected. I'm heartbroken because this store meant something to me - it felt like home. I can't trust a business where management lacks integrity.
