I first sent an email, and a week went by without any response. After following up, I was asked for additional model information, which I immediately provided. A week later, I was told the replacement part was not available. I then found a replacement keyboard online and asked if it would work. The answer was yes, but only if a special tool was used, and they do not have this tool. Response received: "That would work, if I had the equipment to heat mold the keyboard in. Unfortunately, the keyboard is attached with melted plastic, not screws, so it requires special equipment. I would need the entire palmrest/upper case to do the repair." Communication was slow, and there was little expressed interest in completing the repair I need.. ASUS has also not been helpful. The result is that I have a 2-year-old laptop that is close to unusable because of a non-functioning "E".

This place is phenomenal. Full of do-gooders. Go-getters. Absolute champions of competency at their craft, and their craft is in high demand in the technological age. I've come into this business twice now, and both times I left feeling like I made the right decision going to these guys for help. A few months ago, I broke my 6 year old iPhone that I was too stubborn to replace.
