We had built block walls around our yard but the coyote was able to easily hop over and almost carried our little guy away. Thankfully our pup was ok after an incredibly expensive stay and literal brain surgery at urgent care. While dealing with the stress of not knowing if our dog would recover and with the unexpected cost, we knew we needed to get more protection up asap and I reached out to 4-5 fence companies to help. Everyone was wonderful but Mike stood out. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and managed to get us slotted in on the schedule. He met with me at least three times before we finalized the quote to make sure he knew exactly what we needed. Jason and Jobel were our installers and they worked hard to get the project done. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice. He takes pride in his work and his entire team follows his lead. Our project was not cheap but I've learned in the past two years of renovation and building that you get what you pay for - and the feeling of security and relief I have when outside is absolutely worth it.

Art's quote was one of four we got. Price was competitive, but the quality of VC's materials and their customer service (both from Art and their in-house support staff) was noticeably a cut above any of their competitors. The project involved 100' of 6' vinyl fencing with one standard gate, and two 16' rolling gates that come together to lock and form a corner. One of the sliding gates was a bit tricky, as the track was slightly sloped and the gate needed to be skewed accordingly so it'd align flush top to bottom at the corner. That corner is removable to facilitate getting a truck and trailer out of the yard. All of this was executed with total precision. Installation with Taron and Andre took three days. Impressive considering how much labor was involved, to include hand mixing and pouring what looked like dozens of bags of concrete. Taron and Andre were total pros, showing up early every day, and doing excellent work. If I ever had ideas about tackling a DIY project like this, they cured me of that! This is absolutely a job for folks who know what they're doing. Vinyl Concepts' work for us has not gone unnoticed. Several neighbors have mentioned how nice the fence looks, and one neighbor (who has a general contracting business) actually ended up working with VC to have a fence installed on his property based on our referral and seeing the quality of VC's work.
