After 5 weeks when my turn came up I was told he was going on a trip and that it would be another 10 days and he would start upon his return. When he finally started he did a good job. On the last day of the job I paid him off and then hired him for additional work and paid him $2800 for half of the new contract. The next day he didn't show so I text him to see what's up and he said he started another job and that I was put in a new list and needed to wait. Obvious Misunderstanding?? I remained patient and 3 weeks later he started on job #2. Things started off well. He started on the roof and balconies. Then after a few days he started on the entranceway and porch even though the roof wasn't fiWhen we were trying to figure out a texture style and color he said he would try a sample area to see if I liked it. Next thing I know he starts grinding groves into the cement to make a natural stone look. Once he started there was no turning back. I knew that his pattern had to continue since he grinded into the cement. I kept my cool because he is a hard worker and was trying so I let it go. Towards the end he started trying to dictate my contractor scheduling I was planning for my house projects. At one point he told me to pay him off for work that was complete and that he was going to leave and start another job and would come back later to finish. I sent him a text telling him to leave my business to me and to show up and finish the job. He took offense to it and said he wasn't my slave boy. Slave Boy?? He then said he wasn't going to do me any favors since my true colors came out. My true colors paid him half the costs 7 wks before he started. My true colors hired him and stuck with him even though I needed the work done sooner. I never asked for favors. When I would ask him I'd also tell him to let me know the extra costs because I didn't mind paying him for work that was done. His famous words were, "I'll hook you up". Little did I know he was tallying all this up and was going to hold them over my head. On one of the last days when we got in a argument and that's when he finally told me about the 2nd Floor roof and then proceeded to demand payment for work completed before he would order the tiles and finish the roof/job. He took tiles from my 2nd story roof to replace the 1st floor broken tiles and left a huge 6' x 12' exposed area in my roof. He left it like that for 7 days without saying anything and or ordering the replacement tiles. He also gave me a bill for an additional $1500 (outside the contract) for the walkway I didn't ask for. He never once told me the walkway was going to costs extra. He said $1500 was a deal and that he normally charges $4000 for a job like that. What?? The nerve of this guy!! I waited two days to let things cool down. I sent him a msg apologizing for losing my temper. His attitude was worse so I fired him. I now have to hire a roofer to come order tiles and finish his work before the rain comes. I'm the end I have an ugly porch, a crater on my small balcony floor, undone work and a huge exposed area on my tiled roof. Don't hire this guy!! Although he works hard, his work is sometimes sloppy, his communication and memory are terrible and he doesn't finish one job before he starts another.

He responded immediately, was very friendly and thorough, and was super upfront in his assessment and options to fix our drainage problem in our front entryway. We had a huge problem in the previous design of our that caused the inside of the house to flood during any heavy rain. The work is of exceptional quality, and everything was clearly communicated prior to us signing anything. I can't say enough good things about the entire experience - the quality of the work, the great communication, the reasonable pricing, and the easy, convenient scheduling. The team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond. We've already had a very heavy rain to test it out, and it is perfect! Highly recommend!

Eldar was easy to work with and he kept to his original estimate even though our job turned out to be a little more complicated than he anticipated. In terms of his work- he actually ended up installing 2 french drains instead of one and I'm looking forward to the first fall rain to see how it does.

He walked around the property and broke down the different drainage solutions while answering our questions. He made it easy for us to understand each option. We did get quotes from other vendors but ultimately chose Professional Drainage Experts based on the customer service and willingness to work to find a solution for our property that was in budget. We were able to get a full system added to the property in 3.5 days. Julio and his team were great! They were promptly on time each morning. Cleaned up after themselves. Even hosed down the driveway, stucco, and walkways afterwards. After everything was installed, Julio walked us around the property and explained all of the elements of our new system. For what feels like a draining home project as a first time home buyer, Foster and Julio made the process feel less daunting and stressful. Highly recommend. 10/10

Their estimator, Foster, was alongside me throughout the job process with any questions or concerns that I had. Before the job even began, he ran through several scenarios with me and was very patient. He understood my objectives both as they related to aesthetics and my pocketbook. In the end, we came up with a plan that was viable and as aesthetically pleasing as could be managed given the situation. Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well. All in all, having my work done by Professional Drainage Experts was a very positive experience and I give a hearty recommendation to them!

The person who did the work also walked me through design and material options. I originally wanted a Doric-style column, but they recommended a rectangular column using a durable PVC-type material (used for piping) and even reduced the price. I was hesitant, but it turned out to be the right call. They completed the job in one day and the house looks noticeably upgraded. Afterward, I noticed some movement in the railing slats. They explained it's normal since the railing is custom fabricated on site (not one solid piece), and similar to others in the neighborhood. Still, they came back out and glued them at no charge, and now everything feels solid. The finished look is beautiful--neighbors have already asked for referrals. Professional, responsive, and stood behind their work. Would recommend.

We are quite happy with the results of their work on our large remodeling project that required removing walls and adding beams. No large project like this on an older home is without its surprises and stresses. The guys helped us through these unexpected "surprises" with reassuring competence and communication.
