Chelsea has built a great business and continues to find ways to give back to the community as well. This review from here is concerning the Glen Allen location only. The store is very clean and they are constantly cleaning after each client. Today I had Chelsea the owner cut my hair, she is phenomenal! I always try to get mine cut by Chelsea however I have had multiple different people cut mine and I can say I have never had a bad experience. The service is always very professional yet very friendly and always engaging in conversation. They love to know where their clients work which always helps them remember their clients and to have general conversations. To quote the cheers sound track "sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came!" Despite having three shops there is still a small town family feel to Fadez and Bladez. They love law enforcement, firefighters and military members even offering discounted prices for all first responders. They can use balding shears for those shaved experiences or if you prefer they use straight razors. They are not just a barber shop for men but they do women's cuts as well. After your cut you can even get your hair shampooed with a hot steam towel for your face. If you haven't gotten a haircut at Fadez and Bladez you're missing out.
