They took my concern seriously and got me in with an appointment that fit my schedule ASAP. Being able to get a quick appointment allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. EXHALE.... At my office visit I was not rushed or made to feel sQuEEZed in. I received excellent care, and assistance with my wisdom tooth issue. Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable and so entertaining. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The dentist was quite loud and lacked good bedside manner, which made the visit uncomfortable. Most importantly, the quality of the work was poor--the temporary crown was noticeably shorter than the surrounding teeth and an unnatural yellow color. Thankfully, I found another dentist who was able to quickly correct the issue and create a temporary crown that matched my teeth much more closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dentist.
