The staff are incredibly rude and have no understanding of basic hospitality. I attended an event at Iria and was forced to prepay in a very awkward way. Later, I went to Angelino's next door and was warned not to park here because of their reputation. I also heard from someone who experienced unauthorized credit card charges after using their services. Conversations with other attendees confirmed a pattern--many avoid events here due to the staff's rudeness and inflexible policies. Questions about arrival times or dinner plans are handled disrespectfully, leaving clients frustrated. Overall, this business is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacks common courtesy. I am writing this review for a gentleman I believe his name to be William he was working at ditas and Trident the night of April 11. My fiancé and I drove up and tried to park and he approached us in an extremely aggressive manner asking us if we were joining Trident and we said no we were going to Scoma's. He snapped at us and told us we could not park there and when I asked why his response was "they don't pay us and just walked away. I got out of the car and asked for his name and why we could just park as there was plenty of room And he said I'll charge you $24 to park here and then stormed off. I just got ripped off at Willie's Lot, which looks to be part of Westpark. They are across the street from the Barrel House on Bridgeway. I was told parking is $4.00 an hour (this was at 12:20 in the afternoon on Sunday). When I returned to my car I was told the cost is $12.00/ hour and charged $42.00. I would never have parked there for $12.00 an hour. The signage said $12.00, which I did not notice since I was verbally told the cost is $4.00/hour. They lied to me and scammed me. read more

We worked with Florence. Superb service and let me tell you why: we were planning a memorial luncheon. Stressful conditions and alot coming at our family to plan. We needed three golf courts and drivers to help elderly people park on street and get up steep driveway. They organized more than we even agreed. Upon every car arriving, a driver and cart were there to tell them where to park, then give a lift to house and up driveway. Florence arranged for delivery of carts and keys night before. None of our friends could be there to receive the carts because they were all at wake. Florence was my go to lady, with whom I worked through the ten days prior for liguisitics. She even gave me her cell number and told me she understood the stressful circumstances and I could call her 24/7 if there was a problem. Everything worked out perfectly, nobody fell and alot of people could not have come without this service. Thank you Florence, the drivers, and Westpark. Used these folks for a difficult party shuttle to a hard location - long narrow driveway with terrible turn-around - delivering 50 people over a period of three hours. The driver was great! On-time, very courteous, and was able to navigate a hard delivery driveway with competence and professionalism - given the difficulty of the delivery, the cost was very reasonable - The contact with the office was also excellent; timely, helpful, and very responsive. We used Westpark Express for our wedding last weekend. The crew showed up early and was set up with their podium, umbrella, and valet cones before their start time. The attendants wore face masks and placed steering wheel and seat covers on every car before driving them. Afterwords, they changed their gloves with each car and then sanitized their hands. We were really impressed. We received several compliments from our guests about how COVID-safe, friendly, and professional the staff was. The crew was a well oiled machine. Used Westpark for a private party in Corte Madera in "difficult circumstances" - namely, we are on Christmas Tree Hill and there is really limited parking and difficult narrow roads. Westpark had done an immediate neighbor's party and he said it went well, so we tried them. They were AMAZING. Class dinner for Marin Primary 7th grade - about 70 adults and maybe 30-35 cars - these guys had a team of three and they totally nailed it. Guests were even coming up to me saying how nice they were and how efficient they handled everything. They went out of their way to go above and beyond, for example they used my long narrow driveway and they turned around the cars at the top in a difficult small space to point downhill so the departing guests were all ready to just go. I know SF parking can be expensive, and after 3 years of living in the Bay area, I dare say that I understand, this place can be expensive. However, a 12.- $/h parking fee in Sausalitos humble parking lot for a thumb up/down classification of any car defined as an SUV is beyond ridiculous. Truly the biggest rip off I experienced in the US. Here is my advice: 1. Be empathetic with their poor friendly employees who have to explain the "daylight robbery" imposed by Westpark, as Lauren calls it. 2. Do not support this type of abuse of tourists as it damages the fabulous holiday destination image SF has - and rightly so. 3. Take your car to the public parking two minutes down the road and pay 3.- $ an hour, usually with plenty of open space. Safe the 9.- $/hour for a good breakfast. read more

Westpark Express was hired by a friend who was hosting a high school pre-dance, photo party in San Anselmo. The home was located on a hill with winding narrow roads and no parking. MANY parents and student drivers arrived, had snacks, took photos and headed off. All the while, Wespark was carefully and expertly parking in every nook and cranny they could find. Fast forward to heading off to the dance - all of the excited students wanted their vehicles at the same time! Just went to California Grand Casino to play some cards. The lot was full and I decided to give it a try and park with valet. The attendant at Westpark Express was very professional, he was wearing gloves, told me to put the keys in the plastic bag so he didnt have to touch the keys, he even had a plastic cover for my steering wheel. I really appreciate that attention to the safety of their customers. Their staff was professional, dressed in smart looking uniforms (on a warm summer day!), courteous and with smiles and a friendly attitude. My car was dropped off efficiently and the wait time was very quick during the pick up process. I am also a customer in their Mill Valley downtown parking lot and the attendants are very helpful, friendly and courteous every day of the week. I highly recommend this company. This is a review for the Valet parking service at 619 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965 run by Westpark Valet Parking. We pulled in here to park during Saturday lunchtime. We pulled in behind another car that had just left its keys. After we got out of the car, the attendant said that our car (Nissan Rogue) would be $12 instead of the $7 posted on the sign. The lot was practically empty, so it seemed strange to upcharge a willing customer. We said no, and I got my 5yo back in the car. I wanted to use the lot to turn around, but the attendant physically got in my way and said I could not. The street behind me was busy with cars and people on bikes. I told him it was too dangerous to back up, but he said I had a backup camera. I tried to backup, but it was too busy, so I motioned to please use the lot to turn around. He again refused, putting himself in the way. My wife got out of the car to help me backup, and then another car came in behind me. At this point, he let me use the lot to turn around, as there was no other choice. I've never seen such rude behavior from a parking lot attendant. I would be very nervous leaving my car keys in possession of such an employee. Do not park in this lot. read more

Avoid like the plague. We parked in a lot and were told it was $5 per hour. When we got back after 2 hours the price had risen to $12 per hour. This was on the signs that we had driven past but didn't see. So why did the valet guy tell us $5 per hour? I've no idea. I'm convinced he's trying to scam the company and pocket some of the cash himself? We went to the police as we thought this was a scam. And to top it all, when questioned about why he had told us a different rate to the advertised one he told me that I could photograph his private parts if I wanted. Charming fellow. Avoid the hassle and park for $1.50 per hour on the seafront instead much cheaper and no scam. Plenty of spaces when we were there read more

I used Westpark Express at my sister's house in Tiburon for my mother's 80s birthday. Even though it was a rainy day, the valet did excellent job with using umbrellas to keep all the guests dry. They managed to accommodate even more cars than we originally expected.
