The vegetarian option was much better. Caprese was acceptable Lobster - delicious but the stuffed squash was truly spectacular The sirloin was average at best. Tough and temperature as not on point. So glad we could experience the mushroom as well. Pics will show a nice presentation. Dessert was nice. The "live chef" was lovely. Matthew was attentive but we were still light on water and wine. After $125 per person.. we were charged $5 per boxing... not cool in this market Automatic 20% gratuity without the server stating it. Again, I start ever experience at 20% and go from there - even with average food, I would have tipped 20%...but servers should disclose. Environment- vacuuming as we were seated and during the amuse bouche, terrible for the ambiance / this went on for 12 minutes. It's a one and done at this location. Calling the food an elevated cafeteria menu would be about accurate, and I would even take that for what is it, but charging $150 a person for the food we received is ludicrous. The Le Petit Chef show itself are two minute clips that occur between the meals and on the level of a kids show. I just want to warn people because I was fooled by having this "experience" in Clayton at a upscale hotel and with what is listed on the menu online, I was expecting something so much more. This is only designed for people to post on Instagram and lure in suckers like myself. If I paid half the price I did, I would not be writing this review but I still would have felt ripped off. The grift is strong with this one.

Now, I won't return. Situations like this will continue and you have lost ticket sales and concessions from someone who really likes to blow money when there's a special time with friends. Everything the theater offers we buy and a lot. Seems like it is standard for your business to be rude and nasty which is sad. I love going out, but I need outings to be worth the money as I have a mini movie theater at home to share with our friends that is complete with blankets and my own terrible service due to my not wanting to get up to wait on everyone always. Let us patronize your business, well not us since you seem to hate people who blow money for fun and expect to be charged for what they've purchased not random fees snuck in. As a first timer coming here, it was tricky to find while driving through the parking garage. Once getting there I loved everything about my movie experience. They offer a mixture of new movies as well as cult classics. I love that you can order food and drinks while in their reclining lounge chairs and they bring it to you. There are a few things that I noticed can be difficult for those with a disability especially if you don't have a wheelchair. There didn't seem to be any handicap parking near the entrance which made walking to the theater a problem, especially since my mom has a disability. Also, once inside the theater, the main row is kinda awkward to get into the seat when having to use a walker since you have to climb a step to get into the seat. I enjoyed my experience, but I can see how someone with a disability would have a difficult time with accessibility.

I don't expect her to smile and act like we are friends (although tips increase that way), but she could be civil. I came across Blue Strawberry during my search and decided to book. I didn't care if I would have to attend solo being that it was midweek and I didn't confirm with my friends. The Venue: I had a hard time locating the building, especially since it was night and I've never been there. Parking is on the street. I parked a block or two away and walked. Once I found the building, I tried to open the door, well it didn't open. That's when I realized that it was closed. I was like, I know they didn't lock the door after the event started. I then saw a buzzer so I decided to press it, hoping that it wouldn't interrupt, but alert the staff...After a minute or so, I noticed a paper sign stating to "use other door"...but which? The door adjacent it was for another business. I then locate the correct one around the side. Wallah! Once inside: the hostess checked me in. Her tablet decided to lock and she had to ask an older guy for the password (seem as though he might have been the owner or manager, he didn't look very pleasant nor welcoming). Anyways on to my seat to enjoy the show which already had started. The venue is very small, with low lighting in the audience and lighting focused on the proformers. Black tablets with seatings for two or four were throughout with one table for larger group. I suppose they can rearrange to accommodate.I was offered to sit anywhere as this event was very low turned out. The Attendees: The event attendees were mostly LGBTQIA folks, maybe due to the area or maybe the entertainer followers, either way I didn't care. I was out for a good time & I love, love regardless. Requirements: Venue has a minimum of $15 spending per person. I noticed most attendees opted for a drink. The larger party ordered food. I decided to skip on the food. I had the St Louis Swing to sip on. It was perfect. Larger than I expected! Overall: Great for small intimate events, especially locals or non "mainstream." The crowd was diverse in terms of age and race, but most people were in their forties. The backup music wasn't too loud (great for conversations with your group, less great trying to hear the music while you were singing). KJs were engaging too. The bartender was very nice and efficient. There wasn't any hard cider. It's more of a well drink kind of bar and drinks are reasonably priced. Women's bathroom was clean. There are large free parking lots nearby, although one lot was temporarily closed because of a huge baseball glove in the parking area.

Very professional musicuans with a lot of original compositions. Loved the fact that it was a family friendly atmosphere and I was comfortable being there with my teenage son and his friend. Not a lot of venues that young music lovers can see a live performance like this in town. We shared a fancy basket of fries and some cookies. Both were pretty darn good and didn't set me back too much. Service was good and servers only smelled of weed a little bit. The service here was awkward--we asked whether we should order all at once or in stages and were advised we could order all at once and they would space it out but everything just came all at once creating a less leisurely and desirable experience. And the menu states it features mocktails but everything intend them included one or more liqueurs in the referenced ingredients. Several of the food items were stellar though and we would definitely go back. We look forward to recommending this to others and enjoying it again and very much welcome this new spot!
