She carefully assessed and appraised each piece, including telling me couple pieces were not real gold and the real condition of some pieces. My daughter's jeweler said "bring it in and let me see" which means to me that it was not her specialty. Ann had very few reviews on Google, but all 5 stars. That usually makes me think family and friends did the reviews. BUT I searched Yelp on Yahoo and saw she had 75 reviews and still 5 Stars. Comments were very helpful which included that she can do them while you wait. As a mom of a FVHS athlete, running her own business, I can see why she doesn't have perfect hours. I'm sure she'd rather watch her teen's event whenever possible. I absolutely enjoyed my less than half hour in her presence. We chatted while her hands flew through restringing my necklace. She learned her craft from her mother and for fun she likes to time herself so that when someone asks how long a repair would take, she'd be able to answer with some proven experience.
