The design team, managed by the very pleasant, efficient, and diligent Ashkan Tahvildaran, with specialist and jewelry consultant, Nadia, at the helm, had no hesitation with the job, checking in several times over the next few weeks with images, 3D printouts, and emails discussing details and tweaks. I was very appreciative of Ashkan's commitment to getting it right. In fact, the final product is stunning, exactly what I wanted, and so true to the 150-year-old design I brought in. I'm not sure I'll ever take this ring off! Additionally, manager Joe Faraji couldn't have been more accommodating in handling other purchases we made, always friendly and ready to assist. Another quick note: we'd pre-paid everything from the start and when we made the exchange from the original ring, there was a credit I used toward a beautiful bracelet, which evened up the account. However, when we picked up the final ring, Nadia pointed out that there was an additional credit that had been determined by the time the ring was done.
