My friend and I stopped in for a pizza while hitting up downtown Chelan. Since our tummy's were growling we opted to stop in here. We ordered a flavor packed deep dish pizza, and were totally happy with our choice. Now, I didn't know Chelan was a bachelor/bachelorette party destination. Came in late and the place wasn't busy at all, but the staff was great while we wanted a few slices they were understandably not serving them at that time of night. So the wife and I got a medium split with two kinds of pizza, man what a pizza! Four inches thick with toppings and a fantastic pan pizza with a crunch! I want to go back to Lake Chelan just for the Death by Pizza here. It was so freakin good. Stopped in here to get take-out pizza and also ordered the wings. They were super busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes so we took a walk around the strip and came back just as our pizza was finished. We brought our pizza back to our hotel and the whole time in the car it smelled so good. I was so hungry I thought I could eat the entire pizza, but no, I barely ate two slices and was in a food coma, but I also ate like 6 wings. The Death by Pizza is no joke. The worst pizza I have ever tried. My husband and I ordered large veggie pizza and you know what? There were only 4 pieces of dried tomato, 5 tiny chunks of artichoke and the rest was cheese. The worst part of it was the pizza dough - It was super hyper oily if they poured half a gallon of oil into it. Moreover, the bread is super hard and sticky. I assumed they didn't knead the dough well enough! *****NEVER GO AGAIN **** I would suggest Garlic Pizza or Local Myth Pizza instead! read more

This place rocks! 1:30ish on our wedding night, and we needed some late night food. They told us they were done delivering for the night, and I pulled the "dude, we just got married" card. Not only did they agree to get a pizza to us ASAP, but when it showed up, they had written a nice note in the box. One word of warning, the pizza shows up super hot! Good bye Troy's, HELLO Westside Pizza!!! Drove the boat into Chelan today, lunchtime was upon us... decided to opt out of Campbell's for once and try something new (or different). Westside had a special, 2 slices of pizza and soda for $3.99! Can't beat that!! Family of 4 ate for under $12, which in Chelan is unheard of! By far our cheapest meal this trip! Unlike some other reviews of this place, we had good service here. They had 2 slices of canadian bacon left; which is which one I was going for... the guy told me they had a fresh one coming out in a few minutes. They threw the last 2 away and gave me the fresh one! BONUS!! The pizza was good, and the crust... spectacular! I say this because I am the type to leave the crust, but not this crust... I actually ate it! So crispy and fluffy at the same time! Although, I did subtract one star for their "per-slice" menu; pepperoni, supeme, cheese or canadian bacon. I would have liked to have some other options like a meat lovers, or some sort of chicken pizza perhaps. But hey, for 4 people... $11.97 can NOT be beat! I hope this pizza joint stays in business! We had just arrived into Chelan after a 3 hour car ride and there was nothing open. We drove past Westside Pizza and saw the OPEN sign lit, so we made a U-Turn and went inside. The cashier greeted us with a smile and called what I believe was her manager. It was 10:15 and they had closed at 10, but they had the door open because there was a few people still dining in. The manager was so personable and said that they could put an order in for us even though they were closed. They didn't have to put an order in for us after closing hours but they did anyways. Not a huge pizza fan but the boyfriend enjoys their dessert sticks so last night we ordered the meal deal online to accompany our movie rental- large pizza w/ two toppings, two bread sides, and a liter of soda for $21 pus tax, delivery charge, and tip. This was a good deal, as just the large pizza and one order of dessert sticks is approx. the same price. Hit the deliver button and then sat down to watch some tv before the food arrived. Food arrived an hour later- yes, an hour later! We actually had to call and check on our order. Upon arrival, food was still hot and cheese was still gooey, so no harm no foul. We ordered the large sausage and jalapeno pizza with the regular sauce, as well as raspberry and cherry dessert sticks, because the boyfriend says their bread sticks and cheese sticks are gross. All was thoroughly enjoyed, and I would definitely order from them again. Portions are really large (well over half the pizza left when we were done eating), jalapenos were crisp and spicy- very fresh, and the cream cheese frosting/ dip that goes with the cinnamony dessert sticks is really good. read more

Pretty terrible service...took forever to get one third of our order( a gf pizza) , another fifteen minutes for the the bbq wings, and another fifteen until the final pizza came. The pizza was amazing, but I'm not sure it was worth the wait. We ordered one medium pizza at 6:55pm, and we're told it would take 20 minutes. We left and came back at 7:25 or so, where we were told our food would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Just before 8pm we spoke to the manager who went and got our pizza an hour later ! Also, whoever I asked about when the pizza would be done took forever to pay attention. I stood in front of him for 5 minutes while he avoided eye contact and blatantly ignored me. The other staff and the manager especially - who already had his hands full trying to fix everything for everyone - were very kind. The food was really good! Ordered two pizzas, cheese bread and the cinnamon sticks. Ok to start with the pizzas, I ordered the all meat pizza from the menu. If you love meat and pizza it's wonderful. Great dough, great pizza sauce and the right amount of cheese! It's great. The second pizza was a customized pizza, it was also great and just as we ordered. The cheese bread, was not what I expected but it was really good. Looks like a calzone full of cheese and yummy seasoning on top! It was very good! The cinnamon sticks also good, not a lot to say about them. I will say when we ordered New Years Day they said it might be a two hour wait. We ordered anyway and the delivered in just under a hour and half! We were grateful for that! Great place! read more

Now we called to order pizza and they where located 9 miles away and were closing in five minutes. They said not to worry just come on down. Gotta say this was awesome pizza. Say away from this place! We decided to go for pizza and dine in...big mistake. Our first clue, none of the other diners had their food, the only silverware was one dirty knife and the restaurant was very warm and stuffy. When we inquired about silverware the employee said "we are out and they are all dirty". This should only be a take out restaurant for pizza only. We also made the mistake of ordering salads which equaled a large bowl of hot wilted lettuce and one plastic fork. We would have been better off going to Safeway to get a frozen pizza and a bag of lettuce. read more

First of all the pizza was excellent. Probably would have been happier with delivery! The kid at the cash register was curt and borderline impolite with questions like, "Do you have a name?" Instead of "May I please have your name" (I know, seems picky but it doesn't make you feel like a valued customer). One pizza and a salad took AN HOUR to receive. I think they prioritize their deliveries and make the in restaurant guests wait. They also don't bring you any plates, napkins, or utensils with the food. I called for pizza delivery at 2:15 pm on a Sunday. I was told it would take one hour for delivery or 30 minutes if I picked it up. OK, I drove over to pick it up. It wasn't ready when I arrived and paid $27 for it. I patiently waited 30 minutes before asking the cashier how much longer...well, the pizza had been sitting there the whole time. Did they offer an "I'm sorry", a refund, a discount for this cold pizza? NOTHING for my inconvenience and their disorganization! Had to wait for 15 minutes to get our water, the place wasn't even half full. My daughter noticed the silverware was dirty. Got our pizza and the cheese wasn't melted all the way. The owner"Wil" came out to apologize and I told him to bad the pizza wasn't as baked as he was. He was totally wasted. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Pizza came back burnt. Disappointed. This is coming from someone who used to work there 8 years ago and knows how things should be done. I speak not only for myself but everyone else I know who orders there that they get your order wrong or always seem to miss something. Idk how you miss making a whole pizza when it's not that busy on a Wednesday night. Also charged for the ranch that I'm pretty sure is supposed to come with the wings for free. It's the little things that add up and continually happen that lead to bad reviews. Also the lack of compensation of not offering to discount orders that are wrong or offer free replacements unless you call and make a fit. Good customer service would offer that when it happens. The pizza was cold by the time we got to eat it and tasted bland. Probably because it sat in my car while waiting for them to make the pizza they forgot in the first place. They just really need to work on their customer service skills and following orders correctly. The last point I would like to make is the price. it's not cheap pizza so if you order 1 pizza and 2 wings and pay over 50 bucks you want it to be worth it.. so as a business you either need to improve your services or lower your prices. We ordered pizza at 6:06pm on a Friday night! We were told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes. We called at 7:29pm and were told they were short on drivers, our meal was on it's way. It's now 8pm and still no pizza. Lesson learned....don't order a pizza delivered from Westside Pizza, and expect it to be delivered in a timely manner on a Friday night....which is really too bad, since we really enjoy their pizza. Great pizza! We were in town for Winterfest and decided we were cold and wanted pizza delivered to our condo. Pretty sure everyone else in the area had the same idea because they were very busy but they were up front about the delivery wait time. Hey destination drunk off my butt pizza place! I came in this weekend with my friends after a night out at the "classy" chelan bars looking for a sober-me-up late night snack and was kind of disappointed. The tables were all FILTHY. Have you ever thought about hiring a bus boy? Luckily we found one that was cleaned off, but don't worry we messed that up for you. Oh and guy behind the cash wrap, who hates his life, if you are polite and smile to your drunk customers you'll get more tips. That tip bar was looking pretty sad. And next time please learn how to cook a pizza without partially burning it, turn down the oven a smidgen. And honestly does it take 30 minutes to make a pepperoni pizza? - Not rock science. I must say, the cheese-y bread was BOMB.COM, definitely hit the spot. So thanks for that you get 2 stars. The best part though that really highlighted this place for me was when I was dying from heat exhaustion in there so I walked outside and cash wrap guy came out and said: Guy: " He did you see a big, fat drunk white guy just walk past here." me: " I don't know I've seen a lot of those tonight can you be more specific" Guy: Looking around and down the street, "he had like a bigger gut than me..." After a short little 300 mile trip from Kirkland, we ended up in Chelan a little later than a normal dinner hour and what we found open in Chelan was Westside Pizza. This does not always end up with a positive experience. It is a walk up and order your pizza, sit down and they bring the pizza to you type of place. The pizza that caught my eye was called "Death by Pizza" , so I ordered the pizza. Then I saw the pictures on the wall of people that have tried to eat the whole pizza by themselves and not too many people have made it. I only ordered a large and not the giant, and thank goodness I only ordered a large. The pizza was delivered and it was definitely good, not the best but definitely noteworthy. The pizza is a Chicago style and there is no way for the family to eat the whole pizza, okay we only made it half way through the pizza and we like pizza. If we happened to be in Chelan in the middle of the afternoon, I would make an effort to eat at this restaurant again and once again order the same pizza. I guess that does say something and sometimes the only choice sometimes is a great choice. If you happen to be in Chelan and want to try a great pizza, look up Westside Pizza. read more

Really Good Pizza!!! We always get delivery. The pepperoni and pesto artichoke with added chicken are our favorites. The bread sticks and cheese bread are not to be missed. After waiting 1hr +15 mins called to check on the status and they said it would be another 45 mins and that they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Wow! Really 2 hours for a pizza??
