We were staying in Wapato Point. This was one of the few places that will deliver to that area. The people who work here are very friendly and nice. The guy who took our order was very sweet, I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him some kuddos. They called me back to verify my order because they wanted to double check on the crust we wanted. They told us 35 min for delivery and texted when they were on their way. The pizza was standard good, we only got thin crust so can't comment on the others. Big kahuna was good, as well as veggie. read more

My one star review is because of the general lack of maintenance of the establishment. We love the pizza and the service is just fine. However the place has become run down over the years. The carpet is generally gross and needs to be replaced. The restrooms need a deep cleaning which does not look like it has been done for some time. The food prep area is always covered with flour. Oh boy, this is pizza was just not tasty in my book. We ordered delivery from Westside Pizza one night while staying at a hotel in Chelan, and on the plus side, they do deliver to the hotels around the lake and the delivery person was nice and well meaning. Negative, for us, was basically everything else. The whole pizza tasted bad, starting with the cheese.The pizza crust was terrible, salty, bready. Think pretzel more than pizza crust. As a result, the pizza was not tasty. The pizza toppings were flavorless. Our delivery took over 1.5 hours, and the delivery person forgot our salad, trying to convince us they would come back with it later. (Based on delivery times, we did not opt to wait for salad for dessert.) My goal is not to waste a meal with bad food. I look optimistically at every meal like a opportunity not just to avoid cooking (hip hooray!) but also to experience new great tastes. I came here while visiting Chelan with my friend who is gluten and dairy intolerant. We had a group of people with us who brought groceries, but forgot to accommodate her dietary needs, so we went on a mission to find her some quick food she could actually eat. We first went to a random restaurant on the street who flat out said they were not able to make anything gluten or dairy free, so we were a little frustrated. I had typed in gluten free options through Yelp, so we were actually on our way down the street to another pizza joint, but as we passed Westside Pizza, we popped in just to check since it was closer. The staff was more than happy to accommodate her with a gluten free and dairy free pizza! It was a pretty busy Friday evening, so the pizza took a little longer than we had expected, but we saw something so wonderful as we were waiting. An elderly woman had picked up pizza for her family and visibly didn't have the easiest time getting around. A very nice young man that worked at Westside Pizza insisted on helping her carry her pizza out to her car. She warned him she had parked far, a few blocks down the street and he so sweetly said to her that it was no problem and he would walk as far for her as she needed. I thought that was so sweet and it made the wait time well worth it. Thank you West Side pizza for being so accommodating for my friend's crazy dietary restrictions and for having such caring staff! read more

This place is TERRIBLE. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would!! We ordered a large pizza for delivery 2 nights ago. It was delivered to us completely smashed to the side and top of the box. Seriously, like the driver or whoever, picked the box up and repeatedly threw it on the ground. I called to complain but the manager wasn't even courteous enough to get on the phone after I waited to speak with him/her. Came here craving pizza after watching the game- There sure are a lot more Pizza places in Chelan then there was a few years ago.. Ordered the Ham and Pineapple Pizza- Medium It was really tasty and big enough for two easily- Sauce was good - Perfectly cooked. We also ordered as small salad which was big enough for two- Was fresh and crisp- Blue Cheese dressing on the side - Salad was really good. There were a lot of people getting pizza to go, seems like a very popular place. Guy behind the counter acted like he didn't really want to be at work, but other workers were friendly and welcoming. We ordered pizza from the pool of our hotel while staying at Lake Chelan. I found this place on yelp and called and placed an order quite easily. They had an awesome special of a pizza, dessert pizza, garlic bread, and a liter of pop. I wanna say it was close to 30.00 and it fed all 5 of us easily. Everything was hot and tasty when delivered. We typically go here or order take out from here a couple times a month. Today we had guests from out of town, and naturally suggested West Side. Our pizzas came burnt and when we called about it, they said it was because we ordered thin crust. We've ordered thin crust lots of times and have never had this problem. They offered to re make them if we came to pick them up, but that wasn't something we could do today (why we ordered delivery to begin with) Disappointed they didn't offer a future credit etc to resolve the issue read more

Bad pizza. Don't know how you can serve essentially Dominos and get some of the reviews I've seen. The crust ruined our pizza, as it was thicker than that dominos crust, with the same flavor and cooked too quick leading to a doughy/ raw texture and taste. Sauce was pretty good so if that's what you are going for fine but if that's all you got, what you've got is not a lot. Very little cheese or toppings. There was nothing special about this pizza, the restaurant, or the experience. I did not feel well after eating this food and wish I'd have chosen another pizza place in town. read more

Hmm, there aren't many option in this small town. This place is decent for a pizza. We did the chicken, basil, sun-dried tomato, pesto. The taste is unique, meaning it's lightly on the tangier side but was served hot and fresh. The bread base was really good and charred well on the side, cooked on the bottom. Used to really enjoy grabbing a slice here for many years but has obviously taken a steep dive in quality and in competent service. The big lie is the time, they underestimate their time likely to keep people from ordering from other better pizza places. Then they give the stall and attitude when called on their time bait and switch. 35 minute ready time turned into 1 hour 15 minutes and could barely get the order straight. Full size Caesar had some pieces of rotten lettuce to pick out, not great. The Hawaiian pizza was just ok, but laughable on toppings, with feeling lucky to get a bite of Canadian Bacon on a slice. My family and I had a great pizza from Local Myth pizza the night before, but they weren't open on Sundays. We decided to try Westside pizza, but I didn't have high expectations, thinking they looked just like another Pizza Hut/ Dominos chain clone. We ordered a large pizza, half Death by Pizza, half Creamy Garlic Chicken. I really liked both: the former was a combo plus Hawaiian, the latter very creamy with lots of chicken. The large was $20 plus tax and fed three of us with leftovers, and they have a check in offer through Yelp for a free 2 liter. It's a tough call for me which pizza place is better: Local Myth is a little more innovative with the toppings, but Westside is a great deal with a solid product. read more

The only way I can describe this place is boring from the food to the ambiance. Also a sit down pizza restaurant that doesn't have beer and wine baffles me. I could see if it's delivery was the main revenue stream and it did seem like they had focus on delivery, but they are obviously trying to do both and not very well. The pizza itself was probably the leat flavorful pizza I've had that I can remember. It's incredibly bready and about the only thing I could taste was the undercooked vegetables. I want to give this place two stars because it's one of two Chelan places I ate in PRIME locations and both were a waste of money and time.
